Clean convenient friendly

Great breakfast options. Best feature was the spot over the little river with benches and tables. Peaceful!

The place was very clean and well kept. It was a beautiful setting with the stream running in the back. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was truly a great place!

The room was clean, and well maintained. The river outside my room was a great touch, and I was so glad they could book me into a room so close to it. Though the surroundings were nice, and the rooms and breakfast were good, the staff is the real star here. From the front desk attendant when I arrived late at night, to the gentleman taking breakfast orders, even to the maintenance staff, I haven't found a hotel yet that had more friendly, professional, attentive people working there. Simply put, i am not sure I would return JUST for the hotel, but absolutely would be back and recommend based solely on the staff working there. They obviously care a great deal about their guests, the guests experience, and how they can assist. I wish more hotels would focus on their hospitality like the staff did while I was there. My interactions with them were minimal as this was a "crash" spot for me while I looked for a new home, but that should tell you the impression they made that those few interactions would be the exact reason I would return again and again. When my family comes to visit, I know where I will be sending them!

This place exceeded my expectations. Definitely an old place but decently maintained. We had an efficiency and it was nice to have separate areas. Tasty breakfast offering homemade muffins and scones

A very nice hotel. Great sauna. Wonderful hot tub. The pool is simply magnificent. The staff is very friendly! The breakfasts are delicious. We highly recommend this hotel!

.com I was able to call the property directly and make a request as to the room that I needed for myself and my traveling companion. Everybody from the end keepers to the maintenance to the breakfast. People were super accommodating and very helpful with anything that we needed accessibility for a person with difficult mobility with simple and easy and right out the door is a beautiful flowing river and lots of grassy lawn areas for family gatherings, and children to play in.

It was a quaint ski lodge, a little out of town. It had a beautiful garden and some great facilities. The breakfast was below average. Everything served on paper plates. Plastic utensils only. And only plastic cup’s available in the room. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. For the price of this place, you would think guests could enjoy proper crockery and cutlery.

We loved our stay! The property is charming and location is terrific. We hope to be back!

This was a super cute, kitchy place. I do think there should be a tv in the bedroom, not just the living room space. The room was pretty clean but could have leveled up a little bit. Mostly just the carpet was a little grungy, but not terrible. Under the bed hadn’t been vacuumed. I had to scoot the bed to the wall to accommodate my four year old ( long story) and it was sort of messy. Hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. But overall the stay was really nice, beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedding.

Super location - right on 108 near Stowe, just a couple of miles from Gondola and Smuggler's Notch area. Matterhorn Restaurant, which is very good, a stone's throw away.
