They are renovating it slowly and I imagine it is a huge undertaking. I felt the signage was lacking and hard to figure out where our room was and where to park. Front desk staff were kind of rude. I wouldn’t stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Piscine intérieure en travaux et non accessible. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment le minimum. L’hôtel laisse l’impression générale d’être vieillissant. Choisissez un motel sans service trois fois moins cher et vous ne verrez pas la différence.

Very friendly staff! Clean spacious room, Comfy bed, Nice property. Definitely would stay again and recommend to everyone.

The indoor pool was closed. There are no "aqua solarium waterfalls" There was no restaurant on site. Our booking says "mountain view" but all we saw was the parking lot. They charge you a "resort fee" for each day....that is NOT mentioned at all. Until you see the bill 4 days later. A person tripped and fell during breakfast on uneven flooring. No ramp to get into building on parking lot side, just many stairs.. No a/c in hallways. Very hot!!

The location was ideal. Complimentary breakfast WiFi and parking. We enjoyed the indoor racket ball court, and gym. The spa, restaurant, bar and two out of 3 pools were closed and under construction. I never found the sauna. The room had some stain on the show curtain that looked like I could have been blood. The toiled clogged twice. On the second call I was given a plunger to address it myself. We booked a trip for 4 people. I was specific in my search and selection. When the room had only 3 towels we asked the receptionist for an extra towel he responded by telling us that 2 towels is the standard. Keys stopped working daily. And I had to go and explain and apologize that they might have come close to my phone, watch or car key fob. 1 roll of toilet paper on arrival, I had to go down and ask for another roll twice. Not sure if I need to apologize for this.

Spacious townhouse Dated property is in need of renovation

It was roomy, clean, and looked nice. There were ripe blueberries on a bush outside our door. The outdoor pool was nice. Our clock was unplugged, and when plugged in could not be set to a time. The shade next to our bed didn't have a working cord that we could see to pull it up, making the room darker than was pleasant. No one was available to answer questions on the two occasions when we tried to call the front desk for information--just endless recordings--and when we finally left a message no one called to answer it. The continental breakfast was minimal, and staff seemed to have trouble maintaining it. There was only one coffee urn and it was out of coffee when we were there, 30 minutes before the end. The indoor pool was closed for renewal...we were looking forward to the advertised "12-foot massaging waterfall!" The roads to the various units have potholes, and the signage identifying the units has too-small, and faint arrows that you can't see.

It was a typical continental breakfast. The hall had a musty smell.

View of parking lot and mountain road

Breakfast selection was very poor

The location is great for walking to the breweries and its a slightly longer 45 minute walk into town along the recreational path. The accommodation is dated and the facility is huge. Unfortunately after checking in our room keys didn't work and we had to navigate the labyrinth of halls to find the reception again for them to be re-coded. One key again stopped working at some point overnight, which we found in the morning when trying to access our room after breakfast. Feedback was provided on both in person.

Convenient location. Currently under renovation so rooms had portable AC units which is not great in 90+ degree heat. No onsite dining. One pool was closed. Gym feels dated.

Good

The staff was very helpful in recommending a place to eat and a golf course to play at.
-
No comment Check in was slow do you computer issues not the fault of the staff member. I have attended many conferences and I would have expected that more than one individual would have been available at the front desk to support the number of people checking in.

Nous étions deux couples et nous n’avons pas du tout eu le même type de chambre, l’une avait un lit King avec foyer, l’autre un un simple lit double. Le déjeuner était très décevant, céréales et bagel seulement.

Staff were friendly and kind!

Everything. It was old, dirty, smelly, outside pool was freezing. No inside pool as advertised or bar like the picture. I would never stay there again for recommend it to anyone.
-
The hotel was very hot in the hallway and lobby and outside and inside pools were being worked on.

It claimed to be a resort, but it wasn't. The pool and spa weren't even open. Water backed up behind the toilet and flooded the room. I fell when I went into the bathroom. It looked like it had been a nice hotel until it went under new management. This management doesn't seem to care about the hotel. The breakfast couldn't even be called continental . Would not recommend staying there.
