We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very comfortable. This hotel does not provide a lot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, a complimentary bottle of water etc.

I loved the area. It was close to a tram stop and beautiful architecture. The staff was fabulous and helpful. The hotel wad comfortable and stylish. I'd highly recommend We took the elevator but still had a few stairs to go which is hard with luggage. The sink was in a separate room from the toilet not not a problem.

Staff were very nice. Room was clean. Fairly dated interior. Read there was parking on site but ended up street parking. Did not see anywhere to park at hotel or a parking lot.

Unfortunately, during our stay we were informed of a water outage scheduled for the morning of our checkout day, starting at 10:00 am. This information was only communicated the night before, via a notice displayed inside the hotel, which left us with no real opportunity to plan or adjust our departure accordingly. Anyone can understand that technical issues may occur. However, in a hotel that presents itself as 4-star and operates at this price level, we would have expected proactive service alternatives to mitigate the situation — for example, offering a complimentary late checkout so guests could wait for the water supply to return and attend to basic hygiene before departure. What was most disappointing is that no meaningful effort was made by the accommodation to compensate or mitigate the inconvenience, which gave the impression that preserving a positive guest experience was not a priority in this situation. The issue is therefore not the hotel itself, but the gap between the level of service one reasonably expects from a French hotel of this category and the way this situation was handled.

Our room was a good size, very comfortable bed. Bathroom nice and large and warm. Towels a good size and soft. We could not turn down the heating in our room.

Location is right outside the old town, it takes few minutes to get there. 25 minute walk to the train or bus station. Breakfast is really, really limited. And coffee is really bad, they have a really cheap coffee machine. It’s embarrassing for the hire of this qualities.

Beautiful property!!! The location was very convenient to the Christmas markets. In addition the hotel was decorated for Christmas. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

It’s close to downtown, the Christmas markets and near the tram. Everything was okay except for the fire alarm that went on in one of the nights of our stay.
