I’ve stayed at their locations in Marseille, Lyon & Strasbourg. Consistently great service, clean facilities, fast WiFi, friendly staff, overall wonderful experience!
-
The privacy of the beds (with light and curtains). The toilets and showers were too far, and most of the time dirty.
-
We did not get any sleep. Had to sleep with the window open because of the heat and Right below the Rooms other guests were partying until 5am. Did Not have Soap in the shower with the explantion that they ran out of soap… also only 2 towels knowing we were 4 guests.

Pretty bummed given the good reviews. Was unusually hot to be fair, but the room was well over 30 degrees including in the night with no fans or anything. Very sweaty and gross in the room. The water in showers and the tap was also very warm with no adjustment to cool down, and in 24 hours there, the bathroom never had a single roll of toilet paper. We asked the front desk and they never did anything so people were sharing tissues to use the bathroom… quite unfortunate for the very expensive price !!

This really felt more like a bar/restaurant with a hostel attached than anything else. To start with, there's no place to fill water - no shared kitchen, you have to ask the bar, only if they're free, or use the washroom, which you'll have to hope isn't busy (there's a sink in the rooms, but mine never had enough flow to fill the bottle, and that seemed to be a common problem). The worst issue is that the second floor men's washroom was never filled with soap despite multiple requests. That is just unhygienic. Of course, sleeping in the heat without a fan was very difficult but I understand that all hostels are having difficulties with the heatwave right now. Still, I wish they invest in some cooling solutions for next summer.

Great place to stay as the location is a big asset. It is 30 minute walk away from the train station and only 10 minutes away from the famous cathedral in the city. The power outlet near the bed and bed curtains are great value for money. There was a lot of noise and it made it harder to sleep because you could hear the chirping till 3AM. Bathroom was also far away from the room and sometimes due to overcrowding, had to use the bathroom on the other floor.

Apart from couple of people, the staff is Mean & not polite & they just don’t care. For the first time ever, all these years of traveling, I encountered such rude behavior it’s kinda like a racist behavior. Very very very disappointing & disrespectful.

No change of towels for spent money.

Very good hostel. There is also a cafeteria/restaurant in the building. It was clean. Good location .
-
No air conditioning, so it can be really hot in the summer.
-
Great location, kids liked the bunk beds, room is clean. Family room is on the top floor, under the hot roof. There is no air conditioning and after a hot summer day the room is very hot. Both adults and kids could not sleep. Opening the window does not help, neither does a blowing fan. Also there are no chairs and the shower drain is clogged.
-
The location, and the hot showers A bit crowded, the paid breakfast could do a bit better

The Hostel was situated near the city center and was easily accessible by Tram and Bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk available to help when needed. When getting into the room the room had a little odor. The room was cleaned, but only what was necessary. The seats in the room were still a bit dirty. The lockers were too small to fit a medium-sized suitcase in there.
-
I was told that towels had to be bought or rented extra, so I bought one when I arrived. However, in the end, the room already included one. The extra towels probably applied only to the hostel part of the facility, but the person at the reception desk was not informed.
-
Only downside it was really hot at night, and the showered flooded (drain was not the best)

Modern design and cleanliness! The hostel feels very fresh and contemporary, and everything is kept in top shape. The internet is also really fast, which was a huge plus. Regarding the breakfast, I think it has great potential to be improved! Currently, it feels a little basic compared to the excellent rooms and service. A few more fresh or varied choices, eggs maybe, would make the stay absolutely perfect. Also, my room had no lockers. If you are at a tall person like me the bottom bunk is extremely uncomfortably placed.

I was in a 6 person room but there were only 4 lockers available and they only fit a backpack. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable, both the mattress and the pillow felt paper thin. The shared bathroom was decently clean at night, but not so much in the mornings, especially when the floor was full. The sound proofing was not great, even more so considering there is a bar on the courtyard where the hostel is. The showers are timed and you have to keep pushing the button to turn it on, which was not so easy as someone who can't see without glasses, and there was no temperature control (again, that I could easily see). There is no guest kitchen. Someone stole/took my toothbrush, and the hostel was out of stock; considering a lot of shops close early-ish in Strasbourg this seems like an essential item lots of guests tend to forget so they should guarantee plenty in stock. Most of the staff I interacted which didn't come across as very friendly.

The vibe N/a

I had a great stay. I loved the view from the window, it was like a movie. The bedroom was good, which meant I didn't have any problems. Also, the staff was very helpful.

Staff, Cleanliness, beds and shelfs, location and restrobar on site. Absence of self cooking space. There's only a small microwave and a common mini fridge barely sufficient for anything.
