Beautiful location

Great hotel and location!

Location is in old town, just a few minutes walk from Cathedral. Many stores and food surrounding the hotels. They don't have elevator, for those who bring big luggage will be a problem. Since it is located on old town, very noise during day and night. Okd style hotel

Location . Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Room was spartan. A small, cramped white box. Carpets old and worn. Advertised "city view" was the back stairs of buildings next door. Shower floor dangerously slippery. No toiletries. Wall soap dispenser like in a bus station.

The location is unbeatable. The single room is tiny but you're not in Strasbourg to stay in the room. It's clean, has a bed, has a bathroom - what more do you need? And, on top of all, you have the cathedral tower in view by day or lit at night. Magnificent! Well, climbing the 3 stores is not always easy even if the nice receptionist offered to help with luggage. Since it's located in the pedestrian zone you better travel light even if Parkinghouse Austerlitz is close.

Location I would have expected something so expensive to be way more modern. Not sure whether it’s the age of the building or that there is no overarching concern to lift the quality of the rooms to a 2/5 or higher.

The twin room was small but comfortable, with nice wall art and a partial river view. The starting point for the Batorama river cruises is just across the bridge, which I highly recommend. The location is excellent, only two minutes from Notre Dame. We were unable to book breakfast on the same morning, even though we were informed it would be possible. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the hotel and suggest booking breakfast one day in advance. The room was a bit cold at first, but after calling reception, the issue was resolved within a couple of minutes. Room slippers would be a nice addition.

The staff is super nice and the hotel location is also amazing. The building is really old and it could use some renovation. This time, the smell in the room was sometimes quite unpleasant and the sink was so small I couldn't even brush my teeth. Globally nice.

The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient and easily accessible to many nearby businesses. Access is a bit odd, as you walk through an outdoor dining area to enter. Once I had that figured out, it was not a problem.
