400m to the cathedral and shopping. Short walk to Petite France, etc. Room about the size of the bed. Insuficient towels.

Staff was wonderful, hotel was very pleasant and location was perfect
-
Hotel was located in the middle of everything so it was easy to walk everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby
-
Great location while still very quiet. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. In-room fridge. Free bubbly water, coffee and tea. Steps to reception desk

Staff were excellent and made our stay really comfortable. Great location..

The location was great, well within walking distance of everything, and only a block or so from the tram stop. The staff were very accomodating and helpful, in just about every way. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Great view. The shower was also spacious and roomy. The whole place was very clean. They offered beverages and some snacks in the very comfortable lobby. A wonderful place all around. To be honest, nothing. We can't think of a single thing to say that needed improvement. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Excellent location of the hotel, amazing staff and a clean and well designed room. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Nothing

Not a fan of glass door/wall separating the bathroom from the sleeping area. Not very private. Our suite was very tight and looked to be the smallest amongst picture on the wewbsite diplaying suites.

Perfect location Smiling & nice staff all was good

Hotel was in an excellent location. Nice and close to the Christmas markets, decent breakfast and the decorations were over the top. We had booked a double twin room and when we did not get one they instantly offered to make a price adjustment and provide two separate duvets as we would have had with a double twin. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The young gentleman on staff at the front desk even helped us book our train tickets for our trip the following day since we were having problems. I would highly recommend this property.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was excellent. Nothing

The room services for cleaning were subpar. We have asked specifically multiple times but never got an answer in time. Once the room was cleaned, the trash bins were not emptied, even the soap which was almost gone was not changed.

The efficient and extremely friendly staff was our favorite part of our stay! They gave excellent instructions to the Christmas markets and suggested a lovely diner (TonTon Gateau) as a great lunch location! ?

Location and staff were fabulous!

Excellent boutique hotel. Room spacious and comfortable. Front desk employees professional and helpful. Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions.

Perfect location for walking to tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel architecture and decorating was in keeping with the architectural of the historic city. Perhaps a larger lobby and bar

We enjoyed our room and our bathroom was quite large with two sinks and a walk in shower. The hotel had an elevator which we took advantage of. I am a plant person and the outdoor courtyard area walking into the hotel was filled with plants and beautiful landscaping. The best part was the parking garage directly across the small street from the hotel. Guests received maybe a 3 -4 Euro discount parking there. The hotel is just a few steps from a bridge going into the town not too far from the cathedral. It was a great location. Originally I had a reservation in the Petite France area but am glad in retrospect that we stayed at the Hotel Beaucour. My husband had been concerned about the parking situation in the Petite France area. The Petite France area was lovely but it wasn't too far to walk to it from our part of Strasbourg. Actually, this hotel was pretty perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast here but opted to eat a lighter, less expensive breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Loved the location Central and very walkable. Lots of dining options.

Everything was perfect! Location, rooms, staff, etc. I highly recommend this quaint hotel that’s 10 minute walk to the cathedral and old town.

The rooms were very eclectic although a little out dated even with the kitschy aesthetic to attempt to conceal some of the wear. Skip the breakfast- there are many wonderful bakeries nearby that would be a better and more affordable option.
