The hotel is beautiful. Room nicely appointed. Very comfortable bed. Outstanding location for easy navigation around Strasbourg. Daily breakfast offering was delicious and afternoon bar service was very enjoyable in the beautiful courtyard.

Historian hotel near City Center. Good parking options and friendly staff. Good size family room Breakfast was a Bit overpriced

The drive in directions were clear and staff very helpful. I was not aware I would be driving through a pedestrian street - a bit surreal.

The size was very nice. The lighting was terrible and the shower situation was awful. The staff was not very friendly and the bar tender completely ingnored us the night we went in for a drink. It said you had a cheese plate available on the menu and we ordered that with our drinks. The bar tender acted like that wasn't possible so we asked again if it was available and he said yes "but it would take about 10 minutes because he was busy". We waited 20 minutes and when I noticed that he was clearing tables and went and asked him about our order ad he said "it would be a few minutes". We had finished our drinks by then and he was still just standing there so we left.

Excellent

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Staff was great and they invluded little gifts in our room like wine and another day cookies. Just a very nice touch!

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It's located in the city center, making it convenient to walk to many places and is safe. I highly recommend it if you're staying in this city. The entrance to the parking lot might be a bit hard to find. You have to circle around several times before you can find it, but the assistant staff who takes care of the car and luggage is very good and helps with everything.

Completely unrelated to the hotel but more of a Strasbourg disadvanage - they have this weird crit'air system implemented with ecological stickers. You can't get one for a foreign vehicle being on vacation (even if the car is "ecological" enough). The hotel staff told us that the fines are not applied (yet?) anyway but we still decided to leave the car on the city outskirts and use the taxi.

Location was great and the room was spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again. Parking was frustrating.

Staff, location No restaurant

Staff were very friendly and very helpul, Our room was really nice and the breakfast excellent. We drove to Strassbourg and the route to the hotel was quite complicated requiring codes to be able to access certain streets you needed to follow to get to the hotel however the staff were very good in providing assistance.
