The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived, and the room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet area, within walking distance of the old town (approximately 15–20 minutes), with several restaurants nearby. There is also a small supermarket just around the corner. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant in front of the House of Justice. It is very popular, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. Parking is convenient, and although getting from the parking area to the hotel can feel a little like navigating a maze, the signs and directions to the hotel are very good. The wooden floor in our room, which was covered with a carpet, was extremely squeaky. It was almost impossible to move around during the night without waking up your partner. This could be a real problem for light sleepers. The floor tiles in the shower could also benefit from a thorough scrub with a proper brush, as they appeared to need a deeper clean. We were offered a free drink for each day that we opted not to have our room cleaned. However, when we went to claim the drinks, we were told that the offer was limited to soft drinks and only one type of beer. This was disappointing, as these limitations had not been explained when the offer was made. There are also beggars near the supermarket who can be quite persistent and, at times, aggressive, so some caution is advisable.

We liked the location as it was close to grocery shops, restaurants, in a quiete area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The AC worked perfectly. The toilet is separated from the the restroom which can be a bit inconvenient.

Good location, great helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room and bed. Good facilities. Clean. Water has heavy chlorine smell, but thats probably not the fault of the hotel. Blue light next to head while sleeping.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the street. The onsite car park was good to have, and the hotel was in a great location.

The hotel gave us an upgrade to the biggest room in the building, which was amazing as we were traveling with a baby. The staff was really nice and ready to help at any moment. I would stay again in Hotel D for sure.

Excellent location, good parking garage next door, nice with air condition on these hot days! Bathrobes provided. WiFi was a bit spotty - at least on the 4th floor.
