Very cozy and comfy despite being in the city. Great terrace.

I had booked the hotel for wellness for my son and myself during his vacation. We were much looking forward to that. When arriving we were told that there is no access to the pool and wellness area for my son 12 years old. In the hotel description there was advertisement for family friendliness the information of adults only access to pool was hidden in detail description, difficult to find,, in contrast to other hotels that had put such information upfront. There was no responsiveness to our disappointment, although there were not many guests. There was no sorry, no thinking that the information could be improved, no alternative ideas of fun bath places, only shrugging shoulders and extra charge for room with larger bed as we were offered a bed that was too small for my son and myself (photos gave a different impression). Extra bed 30 Euros, same for upgrade with bigger bed. Generally there was not much of child and family friendliness. In the end, we were offered 1h access early in the morning to the pool but this is unfortunately not interesting for an almost teen on vacation day.

The room was specious and clean. The hotel had a modern decoration and cozy at the same time. Calm location The breakfast was less than average comparing to the price. A little bit far from the Christmas market and walking distance (5minutes) from the bus station

Great room for a family. The staff were very helpful.

Great location in a upscale part of town, quiet and safe. Easy access to the center by bus. Nice spacious and clean room. Friendly service. Only public paid parking at the hotel, free parking within ~5 minutes walk if available.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Strasbourg. The room was spacious, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room coffee-making facilities were a nice touch, and the jacuzzi bath was an appealing feature, we didn’t have time to use it, but it looked clean and inviting. The breakfast was diverse, delicious, and freshly prepared. The city center is within walking distance, though not right next door, about a pleasant 25-minute walk away. The bed was quite firm, which might be uncomfortable for guests with joint issues. Also, while the quiet location adds to the hotel’s charm, it does mean there aren’t restaurants or supermarkets nearby. This wasn’t a problem for us since we were aware of it beforehand, but it’s worth noting for travelers who prefer amenities close at hand.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and contained everything you need to be comfortable in a hotel. The location was quiet, a 20 minute walk to ‘town centre’ and easily accessed by transit or Uber. There were multiple spots for breakfast, groceries, a farmers market and pharmacies all within. 5 minute walk. Staff were always helpful. The spa was small but also well equipped with a dry sauna, a steam room, jetted swim pool and fitness equipment. Highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel with a spa, fantastic breakfast, a few minutes to the large park, definitely recommend Nothing

Our room was very small - and we didn't notice when booking the room. We believe the hotel is nice in general, but they should not offer this kind of small room - especially, the bathroom was tiny.

Very nice boutique hotel, clean and comfortable. Bed was good. Nice and friendly staff. Good pool area.

Everything was perfect! -

Huge balcony, lovely staff, hamman was great, separate toilet with bath. The spa pool was somewhat small and quite crowded on Saturday evening. The bedroom was also on the smaller side.

Superb location in Strasbourg lovely neighborhood, near European council. Very nice lounge, unfortunately we did not have time for the SPA. Parking was not included, but the off street parking seemed very secure (and free 7pm-9am). Personnel was impeccable. Price very reasonable. Breakfast excellent. The room was on the small side, but that was as expected and we were offered an upgrade. Breakfast 20 EUR.

Wonderful place to stay in Strasburg, safe area and only two bus stops from old town District. Everything was spotless clean, we loved the little Spa area, which we had almost to ourselves in the morning. The hotel has lovely decor and a lot of greenery. In summer they also offer a spacious outdoor pool. The room was comfortable spacious and had a wonderful bathroom. Definitely a recommendation for a place to stay in Strasburg! Hotel has no parking, but there is parking along the street. We would recommend to park at the park and ride close to the hotel, it was only €15 for three days and has public transportation tickets included, which is fantastic.

Ideally situated for us to visit family. Spacious room with bonus balcony with seating. Beautifully furnished and designed. Bar and breakfast times ideal. A formal well run hotel without stuffiness. No english breakfast or builders’ tea on offer. Not a deal breaker!

The hotel was really nice and well placed. The spa and facilities were amazing. I think the only thing was the comfort or the pillow, but still a good experience.
