Residence Inn by Marriott Strasbourg

A very nice hotel, if its location fits your needs. New, clean, comfortable, great service. I left some clothes in the closet - the staff were very responsive and mailed them a couple of hours after I inquired.

The room was nice, the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good but very crowded. The air conditioner was weak. The AC at the hotel’s restaurant didn’t work at all. Which is a problem in the summer months.

AC was very poor, the room was hot and it was not even hot outside. Information about the cleaning service was misunderstandable. There was cleaning only every other day.

Air conditioning was set low but didn’t cool the room to the set temperature. It was warmer than desired temperatures.

Reception staff were polite and helpful for most part except people in the evening/night shift, who were unwelcoming. Not many cafes or restaurants near the property.

Very nice location and very good breakfast, paring nearby but also you can park on the street for free (at lest during the weekend) The elevator was broken and it's was quite long waiting time for one elevator. In bathroom the douche constantly dropped and it was very annoying.

It’s very close to the tram/bus station, easily get to the downtown, and can reach to EU building by foot. The breakfast is included, quite good. You have to ask the reception desk to change the towels and clean the shower room otherwise they will think you don’t wanna everyone come in your room to clean.

The breakfast is not upto expectations, because for a hotel and a price of this scale the breakfast quality and variety was very poor

Value for the price. Comfort. Wooden like floor (no dusty carpet). Did not use the kitchen but was happy to fill the fridge with soft drinks. Not many English speaking channels on the TV set. No YouTube app on the TV set. Good breakfast but limited (no cooked tomatoes, no mushroom ... no conveyor toaster - it's too awkward to wait beside a normal toaster)

What stood out the most was the staff (hi Anna!) - they were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent: a grocery store and Starbucks next door, the tram immediately outside, and the EU Parliament only a short walk away. The room felt like home away from home-very comfortable, well designed, fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, dining space, etc. The bed was very comfortable, the rain shower was wonderful, and the breakfast was high quality and staff great. Overall, a calm, convenient, and extremely comfortable stay! Not applicable.

Hotel easily accessible by tram The room was a bit noisy as it was on the main road side and directly below the restaurant.

The house was full during our stay, thus the breakfast supply was quickly going empty.

Very nice location near to the European Parliament. Very easy access in a few minutes to the town center by bus or a tram. Very good breakfast. Comfortable room. In the room the door of the toilet/shower was with glass and did not closed properly and somebody in the room had an eye contact with the person in the toilet. The room was cleaned every three days as per the hotel politic. They replaced our towels after our request.

Apartment Do not pay with CREDIT cards at this HOTEL. After paying a SECURITY deposit of €50, they first COLLECTED this deposit from my card, even though they shouldn't have. They returned it to me, and then they made another withdrawal of €55.61 without my card. HOW could they do this if I didn't confirm anything for the PAYMENT at the POS terminal. PAY the security deposit in cash .......... I will put this in my HOTEL rating
