Great location!
-
Needs renovation.
-
Great location and awesome staff. Dining was struggling.
-
Location is great and beds were comfy. close parking and good breakfast rooms could be cleaner and the carpet was dirty
-
We had to check out two days earlier than planned due to an emergency and informed the hotel immediately. Unfortunately,
-
A little bit of walk from the tram station but doable.
-
The room was spacious and clean The staff was always helpful The breakfast was very good; maybe a bit more variety would make it even better. Nothing, everything was perfect

The property was terrible. Not worth a quarter of what we had to pay for the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was absolutely disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned for weeks as there were balls of dust in the air vent. Additionally, two of the lights were broken in our room, one of them needed a new lightbulb, when we told the front desk they said that they would put in a maintenance request and the lightbulb would be changed by the maintenance man the next day, they were unable to change a lightbulb themselves.

Far away from the city center

It was a last minute booking due to problems with the apartment I had rented. Staff was very nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was a little dark. I really had a problem with smokers right outside hotel front doors as I waited for Ubers.

Friendly staff, amazing room, room service selection is great, king bed was amazing. Overall super recommend
-
The check in was very late , they asked for an amount as a guarantee thing that hasn't been explained when you book the hotel. And they kept an amount when we did the check out without even explaining why. Be careful when you book this hotel

Needed transportation to get to center of town.

Bathrooms could use a freshening
-
To expensive for that old hotel

It was next to the opera house, it was clean and comfortable with crabapple shampoos, soaps and lotion and a window opened. Also a comfortable bar and outdoor seating. There is no plug in the bathroom but that’s not so bad, service staff in bar/restaurant was super sweet but really slow we often had to ask several times for our coffee and drinks and it was not that busy but again very nice and gentle.
-
upgrade parking far away, nobody at the bar, minibar empty
-
