Fairfield Inn & Suites Strasburg Shenandoah Valley

Hotel was temporarily out of hot water and we were given the option of cancelling or a discount at check in. AC in the Suite was rather noisy at night. Location was perfect for the Yard Crawl.

The hot water was out over the weekend however the front staff was absolutely amazing. They were very empathetic of the situation and tried everything in the power to help us regardless of the bad news.

Breakfast was a little lacking

Very convenient to the restaurant and the breakfast was good a lot of choices.

Great location and clean good breakfast but the coffee tasted bad maybe it needs to cleaned .

Very clean and welcoming. We were traveling with a teen. She enjoyed the property as well.

I understand things happen, however systems was for check in using credit cards. I was told to book online for 2 rooms and after our company rate would be honored. After doing so, I was charged for 3 rooms at a much higher rate. My credit card through the company was red flagged and turn off. So while traveling for work I had to use my personal card to continue for gas hotels ect for 2 days!

Straight forward hotel close to interstate. Worked perfect fir our one night flyby. Close to civil war attraction. .

We were on the 4th floor (both in out K”late seventies) and the one elevator worked only intermittently . One of the queen mattresses was totally squishy, the other one was ok. Price did not reflect our experience!

Very affordable, nice rooms, and conveniently located - greatly enjoyed our stay!

Room was not updated, smelled and food was very basic. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was disappointing. Veggie sausage was awful, not sure why pork wasn’t available. Waffle mix was ok, but my non picky son didn’t like it. Coffee was pretty good however. Room was clean and overall a decent stay.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The breakfast was well-maintained with fresh food items. We were very pleased with our stay.
