Ramada by Wyndham Strasburg/Shenandoah Valley

The staff was efficient but I rarely saw any of them. The room was clean and orderly. The amenities were limited but manageable. The beds were very comfortable. The tv connection was extremely slow. The breakfast room was orderly and clean. Good visit. I would stay there again.

The room was fine. Air conditioning worked and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, I would stick with the bagels/cereal, it was adequately stocked. The price was good for the type of hotel this was. Overall, the room was fine for a one night stay. The front office staff was very indifferent and did very little in terms of greeting or even acknowledging us. The lobby furniture is really dirty and could use a refresh.

Nothing The place smelled terrible and the room was SWELTERING. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands or any amenities in the shower. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel close by which was MUCH cleaner and had air conditioning.

Friendly night shift front desk attendant at check in. Quiet. Clean. Great adjoining restaurant.

It was an wonderful stay one night and staff were very helpful and great breakfast

However, breakfast had limited options, and room cleanliness was just average. No water bottles were provided, the body wash wasn’t refilled, and we noticed cobwebs near the windows. Cleanliness needs improvement.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom door lock was not working, which was inconvenient. The breakfast had limited options for vegetarians, and the coffee was not very good. Overall, an average stay with friendly service, but there is room for improvement.

Breakfast was Small but ok Cofee not strong enough for me

First room I walked into it smelled like a public toilet. I looked in the bathroom and low and behold there is a numer 1 and bonus number 2 awaiting me. I was awarded a new room after I voiced my grievance. Not what I was expecting from a classy joint such as this.
