Quality Inn Downtown Stuart

We had no shower curtain and two of the towels plus the top sheet on the bed had yellow/brown stains. We were only staying one night so we removed the sheet and used the other towels but if it had been more than one night stay we would have requested a different room.

Overall it was okay. The front desk attendant was in a hoodie and not professionally dressed when we arrived, we were having WiFi issues and she gave me an attitude when I asked for assistance. Our room had an old gross smell to it, the bathroom was in rough shape. Breakfast was ok, not a single protein to be found. Moving forward I will be staying away from quality inn.

The worst conditions I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly not a 200.00 plus night room! Changed rooms 3 times. Rooms smelled like a wet diaper at best. Bought my own cleaning supplies and tried to mask the smells as much as possible. It’s a dump at best.. The outside doors do not lock. So anyone can come in to the hallways at anytime. I mentioned it to the lady up front and she laughed. Said it’s been on the work order for a year or more.

Room needed updating and breakfast was served in the front building and I was all the way in the back building. There are much better hotels elsewhere.

An older property, adequately clean, helpful but overworked staff. A little noisy with a restaurant and bar next door (attached to the building).

The room was in good condition, bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Unfortunately, it must have been close to an airport and the train station. Several planes every hour flying low over the hotel along with trains riding through the nite. Also, attached to the hotel is a bar/restaurant. Dogs were allowed so there were barking dogs at the hotel during the evening. Pool was clean but unheated so very cold. I would not choose to stay there again.

Breakfast was few basic options, Clean, comfortable beds, hot water, big parking lot, no complaints

We experienced multiple unacceptable issues during our stay. The first room had no heat. The second room also had no heat and was dirty. The third room had working heat, but there were cockroaches present. When we reported these problems, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the concerns, they disrespected us and forced us to leave the hotel.

Very pleasant and very helpful...you need several more just like her! ;) Everything in room (223) was fine, with one exception. The torn up blind that you can't open or pull up, needs to be replaced with the shades you have in the hallways! :)

The room was clean. The bathroom was okay. When I went to get breakfast on Saturday- within the time frame- breakfast was being cleaned up and put away. Made it hard to get breakfast.

The room wasn't very clean. There were holes in the sheets and the hallway smelled like mildew and smoke.

Of feces and never cleaned . I was concerned about my puppy . This Inn houses homeless families .

No deposit was listed and one was randomly there when I got to property. I literally almost didnt have enough for it. I couldn't eat dinner because of this unanticipated and random charge. Most hotels just keep your credit card number if any damages occur

The staff was very helpful. Help me carry in my luggage very nice lady.

Needs updating and ants

The rooms were very musky and could use some updating

Sliding doors to terrace outside didn't open. No closet. Refrigerator dirty, freeer iced over. No coffee cups. Old, warn furnishings.
