Absolutely nothing I am requesting a full refund because my experience at the hotel was unacceptable. When I arrived, the room was not in a condition that was suitable to stay in, and the air conditioning was not working. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and they gave me another room key. However, when I tried to use the key, the door was locked from the inside, which indicated that the room was already occupied by another guest. This was uncomfortable, concerning, and should never happen. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I did not receive the safe and comfortable accommodations I paid for. Because of these issues, I respectfully request a full refund. Thank you for taking the time to review my request, and I look forward to your prompt response.
