Studio City Court Yard Hotel

Serving the undiscerning in Studio City. A barely-maintained, depressingly decorated place to sleep and not much else. You get what you pay for.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is so unsanitary, it had mold in the ac, walls & bathroom. There was stains on the bathtub and bed. The bathrooms are nothing like the photos we were expecting.

Las camas están muy ordenadas y limpias en general todo el cuarto . El personal muy amables . Muy buen horario para usar la piscina y muy limpia un poco fría el agua pero muy divertido estar el ella . Mi hijo le encantó , recomiendo al 💯❤️

This hotel was so clean inside and out. It had a great quiet courtyard. A nice pool with floating things for the pool and glass fireplace. The air conditioners were so quiet inside and out lots of lighting. It just felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The coffee was good and there were just a few pastries and tangerines but it was perfect. I would definitely come here again!

It was nice . Everything was cool!

Management staff ensures that everything is run smoothly and without delay. I had a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom sink and they took care of it in minutes.

The room was clean and spacious. We got the 2 king bed suite. The building is very old and almost run down. The shower was horrible. The knob is old and needs replacing. Had a hed time tryingto get hot water. The beds were very hard and had no cushion to them.

No free breakfast parking fee and deposit

It was cool this place were close to a lot of stores and restaurants walking distance you can feel that LA vibes, easy transaction would book again

Very courteous staff and they have coffee and pastries available every morning.

If it weren’t for the loud guest who had to speak on the phone outside, his motel door at seven in the morning it would’ve been a perfect stay! Not the fault of the Management

I get a call about an hour before check-in to tell me the room they had for me had a plumbing/sewage issue and they could give me two rooms with one king bed each instead. Over the phone, it was challenging to understand what they were offering. I couldn’t tell if the rooms were adjoining or two separate rooms. With just my wife, my nine year old and I, I’d prefer one room but I figured I’d wait and see the situation first before getting too annoyed. I asked what the alternative was and he said the room with the sewage issue was our alternative. They kept using the word “upgrade” to describe what they were doing, but it sounded like an inconvenience to me if I truly was accepted two separate rooms. I accepted the two rooms (my mistake) because I knew it would be challenging for me to find a different hotel on such late notice anyway. Like I thought, it was an inconvenience. My wife used one room

Exceptional

It wasn’t bad, we ultimately just wanted a place to sleep at night and get ready. Free parking would be great but it was $13/night if you don’t book directly with them. Parking is tight so good luck if you have a big vehicle! It’s within walking distance of places to eat and shop. The bathroom is totally dated, the shower hardly worked. The a/c worked well. There’s a pool, never saw anyone using it. The staff at front desk were fine.

the room itself was dirty. there was a blood stain hand print on the bathroom door. Writing all over the mirrors. When turning the shower on brown filthy water came out. All night long women of the night were sitting outside talking loudly keeping guests awake, and when they had a client they woke everyone up as well

Flies in the washroom, no hot water, broken floor, no headboard

Everything was great from the stay to the service.. Tony at the front desk was awesome thank you for everything and making mine and my family's experience unforgettable..

The staff were very friendly, didn’t had an iron in our room and front desk guy was so nice to take one to our room. The pool was clean we really enjoyed it on our first night stay at the hotel. They do need a little renovation in the rooms especially in the bathrooms. Our tub had stains in it from long use we didn’t feel safe to house it without our shower shoes.

Nice quiet, clean hotel in studio city. location is perfect from everything.
