The booking was for 3 rooms with 2 beds per room. Only one room had 2 beds per room. The 2nd room, with a single bed was given a cot. We were given 2 rooms with single beds. Not what we booked.

Not much I liked at this hotel. However, the location was good the room was substandard in terms of cleanliness and decor. I had asked for 2 double beds but got one double bed and on cot which was not comfortable

The condition was poor. It smelled really bad. There was no staff on site.

We actually never stayed there as there was a family tragedy & we had to return home. We informed Bookings.com & the the hotel but never received a refund. When I had a chance to call the hotel the man was very rude & hung up on me. I'm still waiting for a proper response & refund for at least one night as I gave 24 hour notice. Customer service

Your ad screwed up and led us to believe pets were allowed...driving all the way from B.C. we were exhausted and now had to find a room...I had to pay Mist River and another room... Everything

The smell was so foul, I would have checked back out and gone somewhere else except that thatmotel has a ridiculous no- refund policy without at least 72 hours’ notice. I would still have moved out if the other hotel had not had only a king size deluxe room left. As it is I had the front door wide open for close to half an hour so that I could fall asleep.

I like everything about the atmosphere and the staff was wonderful and I will book there again for sure. The rooms where very nice as well. I would have to say that the internet signal wasn't strong enough
