Very newly renovated. Have a Paid underground parking and hv apartment hotel rooms Would be best if there is a washing machine for the family rooms

Modern apartment, convenient parking on site / parking garage , good location and easy to find. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. The toilet could have been cleaned better. It would have been helpful to provide instructions for operating the equipment in the kitchen.

The property is new and everything is well maintained. The breakfast was good, not plenty of options but good. The kitchenette was well equipped, the apartment was spacious. Free parking is available on the street if you are lucky. Or else paid parking is also available. The air conditioning was terrible, although the AC vent made a lot of noise, fan speed only, but no cooling. You can take the temperature as low as 18 degrees, but still feel like 25 degrees or more, due to the heat wave. Casting from mobile devices onto the TV didn't work. Paid parking is 20 euros per day. I didn't find many food options or supermarkets nearby. They sell a few items in-house though, like pasta, instant noodles, etc.

The place looks nice, very clean. We had a small gym next to our room so the boys worked out a bit. It was a cold, impersonal.feeling about the place. The receptionist forgot his smile at home, was professional but it lacked the warmth of a person welcoming you to their home. The location is far from everything, it feels completely isolated from the rest of Stuttgart I feel it wasn't q good value for money

It new and there was AC The location, the staff new nothing and whatever you asked they didn't know, one elevator was not working all the time, the breakfast was disappointing and if something ran out the didn't have a refill, also the fact that they don't clean the room until you leave was not clear when I ordered the apartment
