comfort beds very spacious rooms we got two interconnected room with king bed and twinbed. tasty coffee machine friendly staff the room's refrigenerator did not work at all we could dim the windows using electric blackout?, the curtain is still too bright to sleep

Quite neighborhood A bit run down

The room was spacious and had all amenities. The attitude of the check-in staff.

The safe in the room appeared to not be working and the person at the front desk said they didn't know if they would be able to look at it/fix it

Excellent clean room and comfortable mattress. We only had breakfast for one day of our stay but it was very nice. Free coffee machine in the lobby was also very much appreciated. Parking was quite reasonable at €5/day. Pillows were quite flat. The air conditioning was on some sort of timer and would quit in the middle of the night, requiring me to get up and turn it on again.

Veru bad, i left the hoteı a day before expected, it is not 4 star hotel it is nothing , booking . Com will lost reputation by advertising such type of hotels, I lost money and day trusting booking come Below zero

My shower cabin door was broken

Upgraded our room free of charge

It’s a cool concept, and I enjoy the theme that has been done. Neoplan deserves this preservation. The hotel is not as well maintained as it used to be. The museum has become disappointing, bar not open in evenings, windows are filthy, lots of rough corners, cracked glass, and even out room had a bathroom door with pretty significant water damage. The cool furniture the hotel used to have has been replaced with items that don’t match the original photos.its a bit of a let down. Staff are a bit cold and seem unhappy.

Comfortable room and good breakfast

One of the hand towels was full of short hairs, from the last gest from rasieren. I didnt get a chair with back rest for the desk as I requested.

Breakfast was really good. We had no body wash - it was empty. When we phoned down to reception to please bring more up they said they would but it never arrived. A bit annoying when you're waiting to shower. Hand wash also very low

Breakfast and bathroom No secured Internet is nothing less than a joke. No water in the room !! Cheap mattresses to sleep. No arrangement of food at hotel in evening. Parking place only by luck.

Easy access to downtown with Ubahn. It takes less than 20 minutes. Nice restaurants near by in Möhringen and in Vaihingen. From STR airport it is also only 15 minutes ride to closest Ubahn station.

It was very clean and interesting! The hotel has a bus/car theme and there were neat things to discover throughout the hotel.
