Great value for money Nothing

Very comfortable. Great value for money. Lack of breakfast.

Great price for a great place to stay.

Room had AC! Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet room. Water dispenser in lobby. Parked on the street (free). Convenient to S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. Very good price for Saturday night stay. pillows a bit flat and did not have pillow liners so they smelled a bit musty. No bottled water in the room.

We were held up in traffic travelling from Dover via an early morning ferry, so were not going to reach the hotel before dark. Our ultimate destination was Austria. We drove as far as possible to reach our destination lunchtime the following day. Fortunately, we booked our rooms by phone app and stopped off to eat an evening meal beforehand. The downside was finding the exact location of the hotel in the dark but eventually found it. However, the visitor outdoor parking spaces (we had hang gliders on the roofs of our vehicles) were all taken but the reception desk took pity on us, and squeezed us in !! Nothing except that the description of the name of the hotel was a little confusing when trying to search for it on google maps in the dark !!

Great place to stay. It was located in more of a business park but close to neighborhoods. Easy train access!

Sebastiano was one of the only good things about this hotel. The room size was nice as well. Parking was scarce and parking in the parking garage was EXPENSIVE and a nightmare. The majority of the hotel staff was rude and/ or dismissive. The snacks were extremely overpriced. The room was BARE MINIMUM. There wasn't even a phone that I could use to contact the front desk. I had to use my phone and go through the booking.com app or I had to go downstairs if u need something. The bathroom layout left a lot to be desired since showering turned the bathroom into a wet slippery mess. The TV was old so I couldn't actually watch anything on it. I could connect it to my phone either so I couldn't stream anything. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 3 out of 10 and 1 of those stars came from Sebastiano and his willingness to help and positive demeanor. Another star came from the morning front desk host as well. He was also very helpful and pleasant. I don't remember his name. I will never book with another Holiday Inn-the niu ever again.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Particularly Chris on the front desk who helped me with local amenities, places to eat and generally getting around Stuttgart (my first time there). Decor was modern, clean and well maintained. There was some hallway refurbishment work also underway whilst there but the workers were courteous, areas left safe and clean and today. A pleasant stay. Nothing to add.

The rooms only had connected single beds.

The shower wasn't that easy to use and there was no shower curtain.
