Bar/kitchen service was good -Elevators were broken the entire stay, had to climb up and down 8 floors each time, impssible to enjoy facilities like that. The hotel could have let us know this was an issue and we would've booked elsewhere and avoid a bad time. -AC wasn't not cooling the room, we told receptionist and his reply was "you can open the windows" which is not possible with this hotel being close to central station, there was too much noise. -No reception staff at the spa. -Emergency stairs which we had to use each time were outside of the building and cold, no stairs inside the building to access rooms. -Housekeeping got into our room at 0940am the day we were going to check out, so they were not supposed to be doing service at that hour, they should know better.

The management staff was no help when I tried to leave a day early. I booked through booking.com and all sales were final. The management staff didn't try to help change the stay or refund the extra stay. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.

Digitizing process to dehumanize customer interaction with personnel is the wrong way to go.

Check-in was at 3 PM but we were not allowed to check-in to our room until 4:20 PM. We had a table at Volksfest at 5 PM. This made us late to our table which ultimately lost us money. The staff offered nothing as an apology such as including breakfast. The price for what you get here is not reasonable. Additionally, the bed was really uncomfortable.

The hotel is very high-quality, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast is super-full and the spa is very pleasant. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room mentioned below We stayed for three nights and asked for the room to be cleaned on all three days. The bathroom shampoo and soap weren't replaced during the three days (we had to use our own), the towels weren't changed, toilet paper wasn't added, and the trash that was lying around wasn't even picked up. They just made the bed.

The room was very nice. I asked for a quiet room, and they put me on the 12th floor. It was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is perfect for train travel. The main thing I didn't like was the check in/out procedure. First of all, it takes too long to check in and out. In addition, they blocked my card for 50 Euros, and upon checkout, they had a problem with the system and couldn't unblock it. The receptionist said she would send me an email ot notify me when my card is unblocked, but I received no email. Their entire check in/out system needs ot be revamped.

Breakfast was lovely as always. Only one lift/elevator available for the entire hotel for the weekend. The stairs were also under construction and we were told by a member of staff not available for use. Travelling to and from our room was a challenge every time as the hotel had many guests.

The room was very hot, possibly over +30 degrees. The temperature control was not working, and only very hot air was being supplied into the room. Out of the two windows, only one could be slightly opened, which was not enough. As a result, due to the heat and the noise from passing trains outside, it was impossible to sleep and rest.
