Rooms were older but clean and nicely kept. Balconies were very nice. Easy walk to sites and restaurants. Breakfast is fantastic - great options and lovely fresh croissants and breads. No air conditioning but it is in a quiet neighborhood so we could open our balcony door and use the stand fan and it was perfect. This was in July.

Excellent location, clean straightforward. Very hot weather, lack of Aircon meant rooms were hot...but not too bad.

The location was very close to the city center but it was very quiet. The hotel is not very new but in good shape and it was very clean. The room had everything I needed also a fridge. Breakfast ist also available at a good price. Parking is a bit complicated but the staff was very friendly in this situation. However it’s recommended to use public transfer as most stations are right around the corner. Car is overrated.

The property is in a great location. Would have rated it a lot higher except for in the middle of a heat wave and there was no Aircon. The room was boiling.

A simple place in a great location in Stuttgart. I came to the property after the check-in time, and it took me all of 60 seconds to get the key of the room and get myself set. Checkout at 12 is also very helpful, and car parking was only 10 eur per night in center of Stuttgart! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a simple, clean stay in City Centre.

Location is perfect for travelers who are searching for walking distance to the center, a quiet and clean place, and private parking. In addition, the public transport is very well organized, there is a bus/metro station very close, so we do not have a problem going whenever we want, and we do not need to use our car. The breakfast is good, but the vegetables were not enough, and FYI, if you want an omelet or scrambled eggs, you need to order them.

Good breakfast with a variety of breads and drinks. Some fruit. Very helpful reception staff. Location just two stops from the city center. When paying, I specifically requested a quiet room, yet they put me in one with windows facing the breakfast room; it’s great waking up at 7 a.m. to the smell of cigarette smoke and noise. Since the room is tiny, it gets very hot—even when it’s only 23°C outside! I can only imagine what it’s like at 30°C, with just a fan. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel starting as early as 6 a.m.! Doors slamming—it was unbelievable!
