Nothing First of all, the staff was really rude, and slow. After long journey travelling, I had to queue and wait 20 minutes for my turn to make my checking. was really hot 35° outside, and only after I pay, they told me that has no air-conditioned, no Fan NOTHING. And on top of that the window on my room was just slightly opened and blocked so I wasn’t able to fully open the window. So my night there just become a nightmare.

Unfriendly Staff,NO AC

The hotel was very close to train station. There was no air conditioning at facility, even when temperature is a bit high.

The AC situation the room temperature was 32.4 degrees and provide a disk fan which is give only heat because the room air is hot due to the high temperature. Unfortunately was extremely uncomfortable experience ever and no one to speak with!

Location was great because it was close to my event. 1 The room temperature was hot the whole time. 27-29 Celsius. Couldn’t cool it down. Must not have been any Air Conditioning. The shower only operated on a hand held apparatus. There wasn’t a remote for the TV so had to pry one out of the front desk. They seem reluctant to give it up.

The meats for breakfast were below standard. Everyone doesn't eat pork. Having a variety of meats such as turkey or beef would be great.

Bed was not comfortable need be changed

recommended The room was so cold and the lighting didint work , maybe it was only our room since last time we enjoyed our stay .

Hotel was in good location facility was in good shape No air conditioner and staff could not provide fans even after they kept assuring that they will send fans to room they kept lying they say ac system does not work if you open windows it brings all sort of bugs in the rooms including wasp and bees

Great stay , spacious room comfortable bed and beautiful view . Free drinks in minibar Room was very cold and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat right away .

Rooms were poorly maintained. Sink didn’t drain. Floors had paint splatters on them

The breakfast was very good. A lot of choice, well stocked and fresh Travelled with my 21 year old son, hence I booked a junior suite with an extra sofa bed. After check in, the junior suite only had double bed and gaping big hole where sofa bed was supposed to be. Curtains were hanging loose, no warm water in the shower, no hangers to hang up clothes. Sideboard with missing door and only one TV instead of 2. It took several reminders from my side and 3 room moves before amenities were acceptable. Manager on duty's explanation was that they are undergoing renovations which is definitely necessary, but you can't sell rooms that are not up to standard at full price!

Comfertable and nice hotel

Location is good practical hotel good price for a junior suite presence of soft drinks as a gift no water no coffee machine stuff are very friendly but busy minded my room windows were closed and they requested to open them. I was reassured they will be open, but unfortunately, nothing was done finally Very important if you have a car not to pay the hotel and pay directly in the parking machine it costs €16 per day.
