Big unit and next to some restaurants Nothing was open in the neighborhood until 5 or 6 PM

You could hear the footsteps of other guests pretty loudly, i was on the first floor. If you are sensitive to that, maybe bring some earplugs.

Everything was good, except that there were some insects entering the room due to the hotel’s location near the garden and trees. Also, the number of parking spaces at the hotel is limited, but there are additional parking spaces in the adjacent building.

Parking is really big problem and it’s too expensive to park

Convenient and large space We had to park in an adjacent lot and I didn’t realize the rooms are outside doors. It felt like anyone could walk up. More like a roadside motel. It felt safe but that bit I wish I’d known.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and spacious room. The room was very sterile/stark.

Close to other venues Terrible reception staff...the hotel utilizes self check in kiosks, then when you have questions or concerns staff have an attitude as they hide in the office behind the reception area appearing only to tell you they are understaffed and delayed at getting answers for guests. I was told it takes time to get a response to their message system after a 4-hour wait. Additionally, thevheating system is subpar and several guests complained about the cold. I was given an extra blanket...the next day the maintenance guy provided a portable heater as the suite was still too cold. The carpets were stained, the furnishings were dated with several pieces worn and damaged by previous guests. The parking was easy and location was great. But, if you need to wear your outdoor gear to stay warm inside the place - it destroys the atmosphere for a relaxing stay. I was shocked by the reception staff - 2 ladies at the desk during check in / out. When I asked about parking and pet fees, 1 lady didn't want to be bothered and said "you should have requested these services before booking here as Self-check in kiosk dont allow you to make the requests at check-in". I paid for the extra services with a differet staff member. All other staff were accommodating and helpful. But, I won't be a returning guest. Such a bad experience, I didn't even get my prepaid breakfasts - Bad atmosphere.

Pizza ? at dinner Huge suite 1- location: far away from everything 2- no refill to breakfast if arriving 30 min before closing 3- there are 3 to 4 separate buildings, u need to go outside to reach the main building where breakfast. 4- restaurant area is small compared to rooms. Long waiting queue at breakfast to sit down. 5- suites are cleaned every 4 days only.

The location is great, spacious family room and friendly/helpful staff. I love the built in radio in the bathroom, it's original! Cleanliness can be better. Superficially the room is ok, although there were some spots that were sticky and not cleaned well.

Very spacious family room that was well appointed for a family of four. Excellent daily breakfast.

Everything about the room. Very modern and clean. Comfortable beds and very clean The check in was very rushy. The guy that checked us in was very short with talking. We barely got information about anything just ok here is your key and ur room is there. We had to come back a couple of times to ask many other information. He looked overwhelmed and without patience.
