10/10. Staff was great, room was good size and comfortable! The lobby was a little outdated

Very clean. Able to walk to a variety or restaurants. The garage entry is extremely narrow. You have to sit and wait for someone to open the garage from the office, they tend to ignore you. The beds and pillows are horrible. Shower was nice. Very clean. Breakfast was awesome and staff packed us a to go bag.

The room was small but clean. I dropped my luggage off earlier in the day and the staff brought it up to my room, which I did not expect. There was also water and chocolates in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The water was particularly helpful, as the weather outside was very hot.

The breakfast was wonderful—distinctive with an amazing array of offerings. The staff was outstanding in its concerns for one’s comfort, pathway to the S Bahn, and dining. It was somewhat farther from the train station by walking than expected.

The hotel is definitely worth its 4 stars. Clean with all the necessary comforts. The room was exactly the size I needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. It was a short distance from the central train station and very close to some nice places in Stuttgart. Breakfast very nice and fresh with some very interesting little dishes! I would also like to thank you to Suleiman for making me feel safe at night, when I was going out for a cigarette. I will definitely go there again! There was no kettle and coffee in the room.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of delicious options. Friendly staff. Our room had a very hard bed which was absolutely fantastic. Room and service was nice. Location is nice 15 min walk to the center. The pillows were not up to our personal preferences. A little on the pricier side.

Front desk nice. Room nice and cool.

Only stairs for the underground garage. A challenge to unload the things from the car

Staff was fantastic. Sauna and steam room were very clean and uncrowded.

Excellent location in case you have meetings walking distance from Central Train Station. Very quiet. Spacious room.

Excellent good size room, comfy bed, bathroom with a bath, safe in room. Very good choice for breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Short walk from the railway station. Nothing, it all worked fine.

Everything! All was good, except the price is a little on the expensive side.

Outstanding location, quiet but central. Three well rated restaurants nearby, I tried the Italian one which was delicious.

The room was great nice view of the garden. Bed very comfy and overall very clean. Breakfast was excellent There is no coffee in the room and that was a big negative for us

Room felt a bit like the waiting room of a professional office.
