The key collection process after the reception had closed worked smoothly. Possibility park car on the street after 22:00 no elevator

Close to Mercedes Museum. Reception closes early, so was treated apartment style with keycode method. Unable to book spa, wanting money up front before we saw it. Next day we asked to book the spa but it was already booked by someone else.

The lady at reception was very friendly and greeted me warmly on her way out. Upon my arrival I found hair in the bathroom which wasn't a pleasant surprise. The room was overall cozy and otherwise clean. A bit old-fashioned, but I didn't see a problem with that. What I found very alarming though, the doors in the corridors can't be locked. As I came back from an event I was at (around 23:00 o'clock), I discovered that someone hadn't closed the back door properly. The area seemed to be calm enough, but anyone could've just walked in without any issues. Reception is closed around that time of course, there's no security, I also didn't see any cameras. To sum it up, I didn't feel safe sleeping there. Another thing that alarmed me was that I couldn't leave me key inside the door lock for extra security, as I needed it to turn on the electricity.

The location. Near a tram line that takes you into the centre. The bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was a little on the small side

Room was nice and clean and stuff from reception was super friendly It's called hotel and spa and it doesn't seem like you're actually allowed to use a spa if you stay in a hotel which was a bit disappointing

We asked for parking for our van, and when we arrived late at night there was an open parking spot right in front of the hotel with our name on it. The room was clean and warm and cosy and perfect to relax after a long travel day . Getting the keys after hours was smooth using the little self help box outside the front door. The bath in our room was an added touch of luxury we didn't expect, but really appreciated. I can recommend this as 10 our of 10 for requirements. We loved all of it. No negatives.
