The hotel is about 1km distance from the central station, but there is a tram line U1 or U9 station within 100m, google maps didnt show it so I had to walk 1.5km, Not in a awalking distance from the central station

nice hotel, too expensive for the comfort compare duo other hotels in this price range. The hotel at 100 Euros a day would work and worth the money, but not for 226 Euro per night.

Bathroom generally had hot water..cold water was coming very slow which was strange and generally it's the reverse Also WIFI was a bit slow and on the. First night the connection went out after 1 hour and didn't come back the whole night

It was a stay for the "Cannstatter Wasen", so in a time, when prices alwaya are very high. So you cant compare to other times in the year. The room was ok, but the shutter didnt work and was defect, also a bit small for a single room. If you wanna use the public transport system, its really close to the hotel. So all in all, ok for Canstatter Wasen, if you need a quiet place to stay and friendly personal. The price was a bit high, also that the shutter didnt work and a small room. But ok, as I mentioned, it was at the time of Cannstatter Wasen.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great. For someone not too familiar with the train/subway system in Germany, it was VERY hard to find. We were ok once we got it "down", but was confusing with lots of streets and sidewalks to cross to find the property.

Awesome little hotel. Only a few tram stops away from city center or about a 20min walk. Room was exactly as pictured, bathroom was very nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and let us store our bags until check in. Did not try the bar or breakfast area but it looked nice! 10/10 would stay again. Nothing!
