The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was very nice. Location was good, there was a U stop very near the hotel. The staff was very friendly. None.

I have stayed here many times over the years. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I like the convenience and the value. The breakfast is also a great benefit. I have no complaints.

close to the tram and train station, comfortable bed! It’s ok for 1 night Having some bags with us made it a bit difficult to carry on the staircase to 5th floor as the elevator is only until 4th floor. The price you have to pay when you like AC room. The staircase area is also quite dirty, there’s a packet of juice left since we checked in, until we checked out. The door lock system is quite complicated having to manually lock it back when you close the door. Small breakfast option, only breads, hams and cheese

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast really good When I arrived the smart check in sistem didn’t work and i couldn’t find my reservation but fortunately there was somebody from the staff and helped me. I also was not awarded that my room was not having a private bathroom. There wasn’t none info about that when booking

Nice and clean room. Very comfy bed. Enough space for clothes and personal staff. The shared bathrooms were very clean and convenient. Also, there is a sink and hair dryer in the room. It would be great to have a kettle in the room.

Location to trams was perfect. Location for German restaurants was poor. Fourth floor door would not unlock with key from elevator corridor, had to enter on first floor and walk upstairs. Black mold around the bottom of my shower.

A bit noisy on street side cars and trams right outside. I enjoy a bottle of water and coffee maker, which they didn't have, but it wasn't a big deal.

We loved our stay. Location is well, you can walk to the city center. The staff is awesome, you can leave your luggage before check-in time without problems. The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Relation quailty-price 10/10.

Smart, very clean hotel. Single room was perfect with en-suite, again very clean. Breakfast was excellent, lovely layout, well presented and very clean. Great selection for breakfast, fantastic coffee and real orange juice. All the staff were wonderful. Nothing in the hotel, location was a bit run down, but it's amazing what you find when you're prepared to try.

Exceptional

The staff was so good, very polite. I left my bags and took them in the afternoon while the checkout was done in the morning. I had a coffee and rested a little at the kitchen before I left.
