The hotel was in a very convenient location, right on the main street, close to market and stores. Silent and peaceful rooms, new appliances and very very clean. Room service great! The only thing is that there was no A/C and in these Summer 2026 was more than needed. At any how, it was acceptable and enjoyable. The staff excellent ready to accomodate any request. I would go back definitely... yes! No A/C

Safe free underground parking. Average breakfast but good effort for the money I paid. Lucky that I walked to the cathedral and there was a burgerfest event!! Supermarket 2’ walk. The instructions wasn’t clear how to use the automated check in or I struggled to understand it.

Very convenient location to get to the Messe / Fairground - 2 minutes walk to the bus station, then by 10 minutes by bus. Or 10 minutes walk to the S-train station and then 2 minutes by train. Clean and cozy room. Extremely friendly staff at breakfast that made my day. Proactively reaching out to ask what kind of eggs I like has become a rarity these days - an extremely pleasant surprise therefore. It is slightly noisy because of the nearby airport, but not too bad - I still slept quite well. It would be nice if the room could be darkened at night a bit more (the diagonal curtains couldn't be closed completely - minor inconvenience though only. Finally, there was a misalignment between the hotel's check-in time (from 3pm) and the time posted on booking.com (from 2pm) which caused me to enter a still-to-be-tidied room filled with empty beer bottles. But the front desk staff helped me to resolve the issue and assigned me a different room a few minutes later.
