Hotel Mautner Airport und Messehotel

It was cute and a nice location. It was very small and basic. The shower was also very small.

Nothing No hot water, heating only worked for 30 minutes then stopped. The internet didn’t work, not worth the money, never again. No staff on site.

Lage no heating

Very clean looking. No working Frige, and no working hair dryer, super poor wifi connection.

Location was convinient Here is what we found upon arrival: the toilet was dirty, the sink was broken, and so was the hair dryer. The refrigerator did not work, and one of the nightstand lights was missing from the wall, leaving exposed wires outside the wall. In 7 days, the room was never cleaned, and l had to ask for my towels to be replaced. The entire time, no one ever attended the front desk. We had to call the owner at home. One could think it was an Airbnb. Did l mention that the TV was not set up either. I know that this sounds like a nightmare, but it was real. I never experienced anything like it. I am glad l only booked for one week, since our stay took us for one week to Italy. So, for my second stay in Stuttgart, l found a different hotel on my own.

No microwave to heat up food, and no washcloths and towels as well.

Hello, Even though I called the hotel some days before arrival, and asked them is there anybody at reception letting me in, I arrived and the door was closed, I could not enter, nobody opened the door. The phone I rang, was swiched off. I lost the money I had paid and I had to find a new hotel at night. Also, You can not write to The hotel via email. But such a possibility should be.

Nothing. Cold room. Outside temperature -4, room is same. Radiators were closed, not working. Freezing whole night. They didnt turn on heating. Not recommend. They said there is street parking, we parked 1km away from hotel

Nothing, the attention was horrible. They left me in the street all night with -4 degrees and my son 9 years old I made my reservation for the 27th, since the hotel offers 24/7 check in I chose it so I could sleep at 4am after my trip. The information they sent me was "we will wait for you on Friday the 27th" check-in from 12 am until 12 pm. After that upon my arrival they never answered me, they did not give me a code and I could not enter. Because of this I had to sleep on a bench near the hotel as you can see in the photos. It was -4 degrees. That is the information they gave in the email as it appears in the photos. After this I checked in again at 3:20 pm so I could rest a little and when we arrived at that time the rooms were not ready. But they say the opposite when I have videos of this.

Pleasant

It is a hotel just to rest overnight and not be outside in the cold. Simple checkin and checkout. Heating was stopped overnight so it got cold in the morning. (Was around 3-4 degrees outside).

Very neat and clean, not expensive in little money its very comfortables rooms

Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and green. There is a free parking space. We had to wait for a couple of hours to check in because we didn’t get the code for the key box on time. No one responded either to phone calls or messages via Booking. We were almost ready to give up when suddenly the call was answered:) So, I’d recommend to take care of the code in advance.
