The staff, breakfast and free parking. Dinner was also very good at the hotel restaurant. -

Breakfast was basic according to what we are used to in SA, but nice and fresh. Free parking was nice. After being welcomed super nicely, one impatient staff member lost her cool when we had think about our room number at breakfast. Being on a road trip, staying over at several places, we had to pause and think a little. You NEVER loose your cool with guests - un acceptable. Curtain were too thin to keep out the night sunlight and street lights.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful for an American in Germany for first time. Not crazy about the bathroom being segregated from the bedroom by a frosted glass wall

We were on a road trip in Germany and stopped overnight in Stuttgart to visit the Mercedes Museum. This was a nice hotel with free parking on a small lot adjacent to the premesis. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were nice resturants within walkin distance. We ended up finding a unique burger place that was away from packed by locals. The parking area was hard to find. We initially parked in a public area a few blolcks from the hotel and walked to the hotel and asked how to acess the parking. It was ajdacent to the hotel acessable by a small alley like road. This is something the hotel coluld correct by adding better description for directioally challanged peeople like me. This was my first time driving in Europe and locating and acessing parking in cities can be challenging.

Small and local establishment with charm and appeal. Friendly and helpful staff First night our room had no hot water. They tried to repair but it was Friday. Next day they moved everything for us into another room which was upgraded from our original booking

Quaint hotel, nice location within walking distance to a grocery store. Breakfast was amazing with so many options and all staff were very friendly. Sometimes walking down the hall to our rooms it was dark because they have the lights on motion sensors that didn’t always pick up movement right away.

The staff helped me with everything I needed and had very good english There was no way to make hot drinks (coffe/tea) in the room

Beautilful hotel located outside of the center of Stuttgart. Tram is located close to the gotel (3min by foot). Fantastic breakfast, friendly stuff.
