The Spa is fantastic! Great bed, beautiful bathroom. Great staff! The restaurant is super expensive, and there are not many places close to have other options. I wish they inform about the contruction infront and recomend to take an uber to arrive!

The breakfast and SPA were the real highlights for us. Charging ~7 euros to bring utensils to my room without even informing me about the cost

Very nice hotel with good rooms The location. It is in the middle of a massive construction project that has been going for 15 years and will go for another 15. Very hard to get to the hotel on foot as a result. Lots and lots of steps to negotiate.

I booked via booking.com at the rate of €191, but I was charged at €284. I trusted them on honoring my booking rate, so I didn’t pay attention when they charged me. Later I found out the difference when I happened to check.

The hotel looks very good. Reception is impressive as is the room on first appearance. I did not use the spa or the dining room so am unable to include these. There are six lanes of traffic outside and a lot of construction work, but the double glazing cuts out most of the noise. The constant hum of the air conditioning disguises the rest. I thought I knew where the hotel was, but there is a major construction project that stretches from the railway station to the hotel, which is a ten minute walk in the opposite direction to the town centre. The walkway is wide but beware the cyclists. Also it is a struggle if you have heavy luggage or a pushchair as you have a steep incline plus steps before crossing a bridge over six lanes of traffic and more steps down to the hotel. Only one lift was working. My sink had a crack in it. I alerted reception so that I was not blamed for the damage. Two of the shower tiles were also cracked and there was mould on the tiles. The safe did not work. The room had three doors entering it. I would have preferred just one. You receive a voucher for a complimentary coffee in the bar. I was encouraged to make my own in the breakfast room but declined. It took one mouthful to drink the coffee which was far from hot, so don’t get too excited. I could not turn the air conditioning off in the room so ended up wearing a jumper.
