Close walk from the train station and easy walking into main area of the town No hot water for two days

Hotel is close to center but no safe place for staying. I had a booking reservation and we arrived hotel @12:00 oclock . We live our Luggues to receptionist and live the hotel. When we come back to hotel at 23:00 oclock , we took the key from the post and we entered our reserved room. Unfortunatelly someone's clothes and belongings was already in room. When we phone the hotel responsible , she said the room is correct and nobody will not enter . We request from her someone come and help us but they request to come. She said there is no free room and if they can pay back us our payment. We said we could not find an alternative hotel at this hour cecause , there is a Spring festival in Stuttgart and so many hotel already full. By one hour phone conversation by hotel and the booking, they find us alternative room, during this period , there was no responsible in hotel. I never stay there and I never advice someone else. I could not sleep on the alternative room too because I always feel someoen else enter the room because the hotelk can not follow reservation and who use the hotel room cards. There is a big safety problem in hotel .

The staff was very kind and they did a good job! The hotel does have its own parking area and is located very much in the center of Stuttgart. The room was mostly clean but some of the facilities were broken such as hairdryer, washing hose, window handle.

Location and a beautiful small apartment Nothing it was perfect

Property is near the Hauptbanhof, walking distance to Milaneo which is a big mall in Stuttgart. The frontdesk staff was very courteous and approachable. Breakfast choices were not that much but enough to make us full. It would have been best if a complimentary water could have been provided. During one night of our stay, there were people perhaps drinking or having a party and was very loud up until probably 4am and it would be better if an assigned personnel was there to report the noise.

I’m sorry I can barely remember things as my ex boyfriend broke up with me here. I was heartbroken

Smelled smoky, no washclothes hard bed, no extra blankets

Very near to train station and staff All was good

Our bus was delayed so instead of 8 pm I arrived at 22:10 in the hotel It is written that the check in time is until 22:30. There were already 2 more gentlemen. All 3 of us were calling the provided numbers for a full hour without success. At the end of the night we needed to search for another place where we could sleep.

Near HBF There were no slippers in Room, No water, no refrigerator, Bad experience
-
Location was not bad We had a written arrangement with the stuff before our arrival. Then the reception lady tried to cancel this arrangement, which was very bad experience!

Comfy and easily accessible from the station

The hotel is located near the train station, which is convenient. I visited this hotel during hot days and the room was super warm at night. A man of the cleaning staff entered my room one hour before the checkout time without permission. He just knocked twice and entered. This was inappropriate. I had just finished getting dressed, but it would have been really annoying if I had been undressed.

We could park our car in front of the hotel for 11 euro per day (ticket machine on the sidewalk), which was OK. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't say they were paying a lot of attention to us. The rooms are very big, and the bathrooms are unnecessaray big. The hotel is ca. 7 minutes walk from the entrance of the main train station and Koennigsstrasse. The rooms will need renovation soon.

The location is good. The price is right, but ownership was literally changing hands the day we arrived, so no idea if the review will be helpful. The breakfast was virtually non-existent, and when we saw how skimpy it was, we chose not to pay 15 euros for essentially a platter with little on it. The room has no air conditioning, and it was hot. The garbage bins were directly under the bathroom window and stunk, especially when it was being dumped into trucks but even after that, and we were on the second floor. The rooms need updating. We would not stay there again, but it is in a good location not too far from the train station so maybe it's better under new management.. And the young man who greeted us at the front desk was wonderful and as helpful as he could be. We hope the owners keep him.

Our room overlooked the garbage cans.

Very good ?

Great location, friendly staff, room was everything we needed - just a place to sleep at night while spending time around the city. Very close to the train station and felt safe when we walked back at night. The room felt clean enough. The room had no extras like a water kettle or microwave. No complaints though as that was clear when we booked!

Spotty WiFi, which might have just been my room, because even if I moved around the room, the WiFi was great in that spot.
