Pension Am Heusteig

Great location for us, good connection to local transport hubs. The room was spacious for 3 people. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was nice. The breakfast is worth it, you get all your necessary standard items. When we booked, we did not know that there will be a heatwave so it was a bit hot in the room. Which was to be expected, since there is no AC, but it was manageable with the little fan in the room and if you kept the windows open, the street was quiet at night. So if you are sensible to heat, you might look for another option during the summer.

Nothing except location. There was no air conditioning. The pillows were not ergonomic at all. Items like the croissants offered at breakfast were not adjusted to the number of guests. Despite repeated warnings, items that ran out were not replenished.

Good positioned, daily cleaning, good coffee and continental breakfast served from 07 a.m. (8 a.m. in the weekend) but after asking was possible to be served earlier Pillows definately need exchange. Steep steps to the 4. floor, but you are warned earlier in a message

The hotel is located in a quiet area not far from the city centre. The room size was sufficient for two people, and it was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. absence of the elevator

The pension is bit outdated but it's very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very clean, even if the carpet is old and does not gives a great impression. Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good considering is a pension and not a fancy hotel, so value for money is pretty good. Just pay attention to the fact that there is no elevator. For us was not a problem at all, but for people with some issues to walk can be a point to consider. Anyway it is clearly stated in the description. The neighborhood is central and quite, but 5-10 min. walk you can find a vibrant center with bars, restaurants and everything you want to have a dinner, only a small bite or just drinks. We loved it.

Small and nice place No elevator

Location is good. They automaticly upgradedmy room because they have available better room. Special thanks to Mr Martin for all his help There is no evelator. Just keep in your mind if its so important for you.

We liked the family environment. The room was nice and cleaned. The breakfast was quite good and fresh. The staff is very friendly. Moreover, the pension is easily reachable by public transportation. Bus or metro. 20 minutes top by foot. Nothing.

The wifi wasn't good and I had to switch to my data plan for my meeting.

Decent location. AC is pre-set and not adjustable by the occupant. The AC unit had condensation which dripped onto the bed. There was no elevator. Gaps in the flooring in general.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location

The hotel is well located, close to the u-bahn and 40 min walk to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet but with services close. Rooms were clean and comfortable, spacious and illuminated. Breakfast was good and at a good price. The staff was very helpful.
