Front manager is is useless, unfriendly, rude.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for almost a month and the staff are friendly specially our room attendant name Josefa. She cleaned the room very well.

The hotel is currently undergoing a well-needed renovation. My television did not work the entire weekend, and the room was really dilapidated! I asked the General Manager for some type of return compensation, but since I booked through Expedia, he was not able to do so. Is Expedia able to give me some type of return compensation???

nothing We booked a junior suite for our stay, but at check-in we were given a handicap-accessible room with a bed set low to the floor — nothing like what we reserved. When I went back to the desk to ask what happened, staff explained that another guest had extended their stay, so our original room was given away and we were reassigned without any notice. They offered a queen suite as a temporary fix and promised we'd be moved into the correct room the next day. The next day came and went — no room change. When I followed up, I was told it would now be another full day before we could move. At that point I'd had enough. There was no real solution being offered, just more delays, so we found another hotel, checked out early, and left. If you book a specific room type here, don't assume you'll actually get it — and don't count on the staff to make it right if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.
