The hotel was wonderful, but the room was a tiny bit small, a microwave would have been nice, overall though, EXCELLENT!

It is very convenient location to go to Esaka station. Also there are many restaurant and cafe around. The room is tiny, but enough to sleep for short stay. I loved the system how check out is just drop the key in box, so easy and quick!

The hotel is located by the train track and a major road. The noise from the passing train makes it impossible to sleep at night. The room is small but reasonably clean. Note, there is a big step going to the bathroom so be aware if you have elder family members traveling with you.

The hotel was excellent. Close to Esaka station and convenient. The hotel is modern and the room was comfortable. Small maybe but expected. However, everything was there. The staff were friendly and attentive. Certainly recommended. Nothing

Location Booking.com mentions that an invoice should be provided by the hotel, while the hotel insists it is the responsibility of Booking.com. Meanwhile, both parties are avoiding responsibility to evade taxes, which results in poor service for the customer. This is the main reason I avoid using Booking.com and similar web services.

Location! Near to train station and not far from Shin Osaka. Space in the room was too small for even two person. The orientation of the bed made it difficult to get in and out for the one sleeping near the wall.
