Great location , loved all the amenities , like tea and cosmetics provided in the lobby. Had water filters and microwaves on each floor. Stayed with a group the previous 3 days and extended my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic . Nothing

The location, amenities, and available dining options around the area. Easy check out. Parking garage system was a bit confusion. They contract with Times Carino Esaka with a daily pass ¥1000, but the Times it’s a ticket system that requires ticket to cover $1100 (standard parking fee per day} so essentially, we need to ask for more ticket if you go out multiple times a day. They hand you extra tickets if you purchase daily pass, but I feel the system could be better managed. Osaka prefecture tax: hidden fee. I had to pay approximately ¥1500 when I checked in, was told it’s an Osaka prefectural tax.

We booked a room for 3 people and found the room to be surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for our many bags. The hotel was squeaky clean and provided all amenities. Cleaning staff was very cheerful and polite, and greeted us enthusiastically every morning. There were 24-hour restaurants directly in front of the hotel. Major restaurant chains and Don Quijote were very close by. Perfect location for people exploring the northern Osaka area, with Umeda, Shin-Osaka, and Expo 70 Park all short train rides away.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Osaka. Breakfast is palatable and with variety. Very close to the train station. The one bed room is very small for 2 pax- better to get 2 beds.

Good global look of the hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable with a lot of choices. The room felt small and we had difficulties to sleep correctly on the beds.

Very close to Esaka station for Midosuji line from Shin-Osaka. So very handy for me to get to my meeting in Ibaraki. I've been travelling in Japan for 6 weeks and this was, by far, the most expensive place I stayed. I had only 2 weeks notice to organise 4 nights at this hotel but essentially double what I have been paying in other cities including Tokyo.

1. Secure floors on 13 and 14. 2. Nearby a train station. Two minutes walk. 3. Surrounded by many restaurants. 4. Located in a commercial complex building. 5. Tasty breakfast. 6. Silent room. Train sounds are not heard. 7. Two stations away by metro on the ground from Shin-Osaka. 1. No gym. 2. Not so large room, yet enough size for sleeping and relaxing during nights. 3. Coffee service next to the reception are not available after 8pm, if one wants to have a cup of coffee in late nights. 4. Pricing is a bit high.

The location is perfect for me! Esaka station Exit #4, Tully's Coffee, Uniqlo, Donki, McDonald's, and many more, Kaldi's Coffee, Hands... I can go on. Walk to the corner and you have Volks and numerous other places.

The location was convenient. The air-conditioning was rather awful! :(

Location was excellent for our purposes. Adjacent to central subway to access the city. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Excellent value and a place we will come back to. Rooms are a bit small but that was expected. Otherwise we were happy with our accommodations.
