The fact that it is inside the zoo was really nice.

Staying right in the middle of a zoo is a unique experience. We love animals and the sounds from the nearby zoo during the day was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. There are two cassowaries that live in a pen next to the dining area - we watched them intently every morning. Free family pass to the zoo!

The bed was comfortable, the pool was magical, the food was tasty and the staff was friendly. It is a bit far from town. This suited me fine however I’m writing it down so other people know.

The staff is very friendly and cheerful. Special thanks for Dewi at the reception and Ugik who picked us up and showed us around. Nothing. Everything was perfect

The staff were excellent especially Dewi at FO, Dewi in restaurant and Martin in the Wantillan cafe. Access to the Zoo Breakfast was very nice with a varied selection. Wantilan restaurant was nice to eat in and reasonably priced. The pillows were a bit hard to sleep on, but that is more a personal choice. Cassowary Restaurant prices are a bit pricey for the quality.

The location is beautiful, rooms are super comfortable. SPA is one of the best we experienced and the overall staff have been super helpful Breakfast needs massive improvement, for this price the options and quality was a compromise. Its a place to stay once, will recommend to others who are visiting Bali with kids

The stay was really good, I enjoyed the peace and quiet place. it was not a big issue, but some personnel didn't know that I was staying at the hotel and it was a bit uncomfortable to be in reception truing to explain them that I was staying at the Hotel. All solve it and it was ok. but it will be great if the have a way to check.

Very good customised food as we were vegetarian. Devi, one of the girls at the restaurant was so nice and she catered us with all vegetarian options. Mirah, the girl at the reception was amazingly good and polite Way out of the city and transportation expensive

I had everything I needed in close proximity. Ground floor pool access room in good distance from restaurant, clean and comfortable When children and families upstairs, can hear every thump and scream.

10/10! I loved everything about this hotel! We had a private villa with pool, the villa is very beautiful and quiet, the perfect get away People are so friendly and helpful, the restaurant is also really good. Breakfast is good and everything is fresh, I have seen bigger breakfast buffets but for the price it’s definitely worth it. I love this hotel and I will miss it, will definitely come back if I visit Bali. I really recommend booking the villa!

Everything is super. We had very memorable stay with sanctoo. All the staff are attentive. They show the truly hospitality with no discrimination. Feel welcome on every step that you take in this establishment. Worth the money with all the benefits that we get. It's just like one pack excellent short escape with Sanctoo from our daily routine. Very recommended for those traveling with kids. Can't wait to stay again.

? A Perfect Escape into Nature and Luxury ? This hotel offered the perfect retreat from our busy lives, allowing us to truly relax and indulge in luxury. From arrival, we felt pampered and well cared for. The staff were incredibly attentive, humble, and charming, creating a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Surrounded by lush greenery, we could unwind among the trees, listen to birdsong, and watch butterflies in their natural habitat. Our villa was simply perfect—a private pool for family fun, a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a beautifully maintained bathroom. The outdoor shower was a refreshing touch. The restaurant’s breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff’s warm hospitality made dining a pleasure. We were so impressed that we returned for dinner twice. Every meal was a delight, especially the spicy yet incredible Bebek Crispy! A special thanks to Anya, whose kindness helped our shy child feel at ease and made us relaxed and fun, and to Ugik, our knowledgeable and friendly driver. One might wonder: • Did the resort smell like a zoo, given its proximity? → No, not at all! • Were mosquitoes an issue during our February–March stay? → Surprisingly, no! We were amazed by how well this resort maintained its clean, eco-friendly environment, something rare even in our own country. The harmony between wildlife, nature, and the hotel’s team was truly admirable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience—we will cherish the memories and hope to return soon! Nothing for us.
