The hotel was very nice and there was enough parking as well. Only down side was the elevator was down our entire stay. Had I known this before check in I probably would have found a different hotel. But other than that everything was nice.

They will not allow any early check ins. Breakfast was so so. Room was clean, parking good and most of the staff were very nice.

Just right for my family. Nice little gym and good breakfast. Very clean and no bugs. Only thing no pool.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Clean room and everything was well maintained. The only complaint I have is that there was no closets or dressers in the room so if you stay for a few days, you will basically live out of the suitcase

Location of hotel close to stores and highway, Check in desk: only 1 person was friendly (dont remember her name but she has 2 frenchies), all the other front desk attendants were dry and begrudgingly helped you or you were blatantly ignored/not acknowledged. Several other guests treated the same way. The room was ok, bedding and towels clean, floor was not (Spilled water on floor wiped it up and napkin was gray with dirt). Be sure to have slippers! This was disappointing, I chose hotel based on reviews from people who had dogs stating how clean everything was. I did not feel comfortable to allow my dog to even hang out on floor. Hotel charges 25 per night for pets which is plenty to cover costs for proper floor cleaning. Hotel provides coffee/tea and breakfast. Sometimes preparation of food and cleanliness of breakfast area was not done with care. Food was not cooked properly and/or stale. Surfaces were not always wiped down completely. Microwave and counters felt sticky. Overpriced for mediocrity.

I liked the fitness center and the size of the bathroom. Our room key kept getting deactivated and we had to keep getting it reprogrammed.

We weren’t too impressed with the breakfast selections of premade omelets and sausage patties, cold cereal, bagels and muffins. We would’ve preferred more wholesome selections that accommodate food sensitivities to gluten and dairy. Maybe hard boiled eggs and plain oatmeal packets and more fruit choices would be nice. We didn’t use the pool but we’re disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub available. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet and dark. We slept really good. Overall very nice place to stay.
