    Although the room was decently clean, you can tell it is an older property. A lot of rust and scuff stains in the shower. The grout looked moldy. The AC was incredibly loud. Breakfast was generally picked over by the time I went downstairs so I just ate elsewhere.

    It was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a few more pillows and the staff provided. The breakfast was awesome. We’re definitely staying there again.

    The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone.

    This property was verry nice for the price about 8 mos ago. The quality has gone down we stayed several times and the last 3 were poor at best. Issues with rooms and keys no towels unclean room on top of poor water pressure and a 70,s style pocket door which doesn’t close properly rooms smell like wet dog

    We were sent to a room already occupied… the screams of the people we scared was awful, we were assigned another room however the tv in our new room kept welcoming other guests, never our names appeared on the screen, the following day we returned late from a function only to have to go back to the front desk and ask the same incompetent person for new keys, she took forever and kept saying someone else was trying to do a digital check in for our room, I will never stay there.

    The assistant manager told me she couldn't print me a receipt for my credit card to prove it hadn't been charged because I had booked through Expedia. I told her I always booked through Expedia and received a receipt so she turned around and printed one after telling me she couldn't. Her attitude was awful for a service professional. I would tell anyone I know to never stay at this hotel.

    Unfortunately, the hotel was conducting mandatory carpet cleaning during my stay, something that was not disclosed anywhere on their website prior to booking. We only found out at check-in—after paying for a non-refundable rate. Had we known, we absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. The situation worsened on the day of the cleaning. At 8:45 AM, despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, a third-party cleaning crew knocked and woke me up. I had just flown in from California, was jet-lagged, and was in town for a funeral—so rest was especially important. The crew insisted I had to vacate the room so they could clean it. I went to the front desk and spoke with the general manager, politely asking if they could skip my room so I could get some rest. Instead of showing any empathy, she was dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that we had been informed at check-in and therefore had no choice. When I asked why there was no advance notice online, she claimed that Hilton requires “six months’ notice” before posting anything on their website—which is clearly not accurate, as other Hilton properties post timely notices about maintenance issues. She also stated that carpet cleaning is an annual requirement by Hilton, which I later confirmed directly with Hilton customer service is not true.     Very quiet and calm , located us near our family lots of stores and restaurants to go to (even walking distance to enjoy the weather). Staff was 100/10 definitely recommend as they were always available.
