Good location, quiet, pet friendly.

The rooms were very clean, but I m used to having carpet on the floor. The floor was cold. I understand carpet replacement is expensive. Overall, very nice stay

Enjoyed my stay it was an easy process. But upon booking, I don’t know if it’s stated there’s a $75 hold and return when checkout I think that needs to be stated somewhere when booking sometimes people travel with just enough money.

I was surprised this hotel was like others more expensive. Spacious lobby and breakfast area. Pretty good size room. Very clean.

The Air conditioner was very loud with a rattle sound. I stayed in room 419. I did not call to address, but thought you might want to knw.
-
The property had a sports bar and restaurant.

Ceiling peeling was falling down leaking water, air conditioner condenser also leak! But most of all is they have a smoking area right in the front door and it was so stinky smelling smoking. People should go a little far from the door make a special space for them not right at the front door. It was very much smell. No, I wanna stay there again.

It was close to the location of the wedding we were attending. The property was not well maintained. The bathtub is rusty. The toilet is backing up. The room is not at all what appeared in the pictures.

I liked the size of the room, the room was very clean, I loved the awesome breakfast in the morning, and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was just great except the condition of the bathroom. The toilet seat needed to be tightened, the stopper in the bathtub wasn’t working, and the toilet wasn’t close enough to the wall. Therefore, it looked like mold was growing on the wall. It looked very disgusting. Because of this situation I ended up checking out a day early. I stayed in room #509. I told the young lady at the front desk room #509 needs to be blocked until that matter is resolved. She didn’t even apologized to me for the inconvenience. I had to basically tell her to do so. And I did report the matter. The maintenance man knocked on my door the next morning at around 7:20 a.m. to check on the matter. It was too late because I was already packing to check out.

Location was convenient. Close by main thoroughfare, gas station, WalMart, fast food, etc. It’s outdated and needs a lot of TLC and a good renovation. It wasn’t dirty but you can tell the rooms have seen better days.

Bar food and drinks, not so great . Low quality for your money.

The hotel was in extremely poor condition and appeared badly neglected. The toilet was literally pulling away from the wall and would not flush properly. The shower head was also pulling away from the wall, and much of the caulking in the shower was peeling and falling off. The bed was broken and collapsed in the middle during our stay, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in at some point and simply painted over as a repair. Throughout the property, cleanliness was a major issue. The hallway walls, elevator, and lobby area were filthy, covered with dirt, stains, and what appeared to be spilled liquids. There were numerous long-term weekly residents staying at the property, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very uncomfortable. In fact, undercover police officers stopped to warn us that vehicles in the parking lot had been experiencing break-ins. That alone should have been enough reason to leave. Had it not been so late at night when we arrived, we would have left immediately and found another hotel. Unfortunately, we had no practical alternative at that hour. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had, and I would not recommend staying here.

The only good thing Bout this place is the breakfast Was very unpleased. We had no towels, said they ran out. Had to wait till after 7pm to get one. Air Conditioner didn't cool well. Needs updates. Our walls were peeling and room was dirty looking. Will not be back. First shift front desk staff very rude

The room needs bathroom maintenance for broken tiles, but the room was clean and service was excellent.
