The room was large and clean. We loved private onsen on patio. Enjoyed the view from room. Very quiet property. Dinner and breakfast in room were delicious. We had a wonderful time from beginning to the end. We will definitely stay here if we come back to same area. Nothing!

Hotel room overseeingthe sea.. able to see sunrise.. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Onsen facilities is great! All the staff are very friendly and kind.

Staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. They were all familiar with English and the room was wonderful. The view was amazing, the private onsen was fantastic and well-heated, and it was overall a peaceful way to spend a few days. Food was delightful!

The room is spacious We stay in a lake view Japanese room The onsen is fantastic Big & the design of the onsen is unique Friendly staff especially the welcoming staff Also the staff who served our dinner in room Swimming tickets were issued although we didn’t use them Quite hot in the restaurant when having breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful and the meal is amazing. We drove so we didn’t find anything we don’t like about the property.

The pool and the Onsen. There was also a game room and a small play area. The room we stayed in was nice and it had a lovely view. The staff were very nice and helpful. That I could not get food. I was there with my two children. We could not reserve any dinner. Also, we witnessed a fight between two staff members, which for Japan and for a hotel was very rare! This scared my children. I spent all evening try to help them understand that the two men were not bad men. It was disappointing to say the least.

The stay was great. It's like stepping back in time. The hotel is older style, but facilities are great, service was great. Only downside was WiFi slow, and we didn't book food with our room. This meant we couldn't eat at hotel as the restaurants were "full". It did mean we could get the hotel free shuttle bus into town and explore. We came across some fantastic restaurants, and of course a massive supermarket. There is a family mart- 7/11 within 5 min walk. Kids didn't leave the pool- was great fun. Nothing
