The pool was good the room was not so good

Having in mind the price we paid and the delicious food, especially deserts, the room is OK for me, as we just sleeping in during the night.

Absolutely nothing I liked from this "Hotel" other than that it's a complete waiste of your money! It is low priced but even this is way to much! I am surprised that I didn't get food poisoning from the way they handled the food! Absolutely inadequate staff there, with no sense of dealing with the customers! Children, who don't understand anything of serving a customer, are working there with an uninterested way for their job... I worked all over the world, but this is the second worst "Hotel" that i have ever been in my life... A complete nightmare! Dirty everywhere, not one day changing of the towels let alone your bed... Not even the garbage they come to take... Matrass with the iron coming thru.... to many things to mention! This "hotel" is not even worth it to be called Hotel... I ALWAYS read the reviews from the places that I am planning to visit and stay at... They where ONLY negative, but that is when you have people staying because it's difficult to please everyone...so I was thinking...but...THEY WHERE ALL RIGHT... Discusting unfriendly place!

Offers breakfast and supper for additional charge. It is close to numerous small shops and restaurants. It gives you the feel of busy vacation resort. One of the greatest shower we had. Many nuisance like the TV was put on on the appropriate place on the desk. To be able to watch it in bed we had to move it to the other end of the desk. Along with that the cable came out from the wall. The cable was not sufficiently attached so was falling apart easily. They offer only two tiny piece of soap and not shampoo. The bed was very low to the floor. It is difficult to sit and get up from it. You feel that you slept on the carpet. The room had only 2 outlets under the TV very far away from the bedside. We use CPAP and had t ask for an extension cord. It was begrudgingly given one, which led me to think that the hotel is not ready to host short term international guests. All in all the hotel has vibe of being dirty and not well kept. Prime example are the elevator doors - dirty and with missing knobs. Breakfast is with low quality butter, honey, some other protein resembling cat food. Hotdogs without mustard an ketchup. Yogurt, tomatoes and cucumbers, although very fresh and delicious are not necessarily a breakfast items most of the time. The muffins and phyllo dough pastry with spinach were the most delicious on the breakfast table. The supper offer was pretty good for 22bgn.

Very noisy during the nights.There was loud oriental music at 3 am in the morning coming from the yard.

Good breakfast, good location Lunch and dinner are delicious but the problem is that if you arriving at the opening you will get one type of food , at middle a different one and at closing another different . The are two , three type of soups from the start till the end but the side dish and the meat are different pending on the arrival time for lunch or dinner

Location, staff Dated, not comfortable bed, not enough clean bathroom, no outlets in the room (had to unplug the refrigerator to charge my phone), breakfast , wet dishes, wifi worked only in the lobby, loud music around the pool

The food (although not well presented, was very good and abundant). The aging facilities need some love and care.

Staff are always welcoming, location is good and although everything is very basic its clran and cheap. Pool had a bit of algae showing on top edge of the tiles in a corner, but it was the very end of the season. May also be the reason for no bacon or beans at breakfast this time. Could do with 2 pillows as they are too soft and too small.
