Perfect hotel , we love it , very good We like it all

I really like the Babylon Hotel! First of all, the staff are fantastic. Everyone working there was incredibly helpful—they answered all my questions in detail, gave me great advice when I asked, and handled all my extra requests in no time. Second, the hotel itself is just what I was looking for: quiet and comfortable. They have their own car park, pool, supermarket, and a bar/restaurant. Everything was very convenient and well-organized. Highly recommend! Internet: The internet itself wasn’t great. The connection was stable, which we appreciated, but the actual internet speed and performance were disappointing. With just one device connected, it worked fine. But as soon as a second or third device joined, the internet would drop completely—no one could use it. In the end, we had to buy our own mobile data package and use our phone as a hotspot. Cleaning: The cleaning staff did a good job—no complaints there. However, it seemed like the previous guests may have left behind some lingering odors. So while the room was clean, in certain areas there were smells that weren’t very pleasant. That said, overall cleanliness was still good. Additional Experience: One night, the neighbors in the room next door were extremely noisy until early morning. I understand that everyone’s on vacation and wants to enjoy themselves, but I believe the hotel should be prepared to handle situations like this. There should be staff available to speak with guests and ask them to quiet down. It’s definitely not something the kind lady at reception should have to deal with on her own.

Extremely friendly staff, who helped with anything required. Very clean hotel and Pool area. English Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future

We had a wonderful week in this hotel, which is a fantastic base - 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to main bus station, 15 mins to Flower Street. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area and bar lovely. The loud music around the bar/pool wasn't to our taste, but if you sat at the far end of the pool it was quieter. It didn't keep us at night as the balcony doors provide good sound-proofing!

Nice, clean hotel, clean pool area, really enjoyed it as it wasn't crowded. Nice staff, especially the reception staff that was very helpful at check-in and during the stay.

Perfect location, not too far from the beach and not too far from anything really, kind of the quiet end, walk for 5-10 minutes and you come into the really active area.. Circle bar, pool, lovely staff, clean room every day, food is actually great too, I can’t fault this place I highly recommend.. I can’t fault it to be honest..

Room was spacious with a lovely view, I stayed in a studio which had good cooking facilities and a washing machine which was very useful. The whole hotel is very clean. The pool area is nice always a sunbed available and the bar is great with a very chilled atmosphere the bar also serves food which is handy when spending a day at the pool also caters to vegetarians. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Cleaners came everyday provided fresh towels, lots of toilet roll and fresh bedding. Beach is close by aswell as lots of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again next summer. Not much I didn't like and I can't think of anything I would change. Possibly in the studio room a more comfy sofa bed but the bed in the studio was very comfy.

We liked the location, room size, bed was comfortable and good shower. Lots of amenities advertised were missing. We didn’t have a safe, no iron, no hairdryer,no microwave,no toaster. Kettle leaking ( safe hazard) , clothes dryer rusty and TV - old with very small screen , not flat screen as advertised- we couldn’t watch any programs.
