Harmony Suites 2 & 3

Two pools to choose from at our resort which were both nice and mostly quiet while we were there, a restaurant on site with a large menu, and adequate space in the unit itself. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very friendly and tried engaging with our three year old despite the language barrier as we speak English and only the minimal greetings in Bulgarian. Our daughter enjoyed the “jungle” area outside with the small playground, hobbit space, and dinosaur (although did not appear to be “interactive” anymore as the description details. Parking was atrocious and the staff was less than eager to assist or even provide suggestions. We left to explore the area on day two and when we came back there were no spaces available to park our car. The security gentleman on site at that time was very abrupt while waving us off the street in front of the resort in telling us no spaces were available for us. We asked for suggestions on where else we might park and he simply shrugged his shoulders and waved us away. My husband went in to ask at reception if they had any suggestions for us on where we might find a nearby place to park our car while I waited in the car with our daughter and the receptionist told him there was no parking available and it was “not their problem”. We did find a spot that evening in a paid “parking lot” about 4-5 blocks away and took our chances that our rental car would still be safe by morning. By the fourth night there we learned on our own after watching some people come and go through a small gravel path that there was another dirt parking lot on the other side of a fence, near the main highway, where some people park and walk through - it would have been super helpful if the staff or reception had shared those suggestions with us rather than simply telling us we were on our own to figure out what would be safe or available after renting us the room for most of a week.

It is a good hotel bit check your booking when you arriwe because we have booked a Deluxe room but i think we got a standard room, it was the worst room ever! It was small, and bad co ditioned with sewer smell. On the second day we requested a room change. The new room was lerfect, big modern. Check the images, the first image is a standard room, the others are deluxe. I dont know why the booking.com allows rooms with deceptice images. After the room change we were statisfied with our stay but the Dream Island is better choice! The restaurant is very good, best in Harmony hotels. Too much "reserved" sunbads around the pool. The pool was very chlorinated, it stings the eyes.

They kept the garden and pool area clean We had to ask to get the beds changed has they hadn’t been done for 6 days

Nice place, well kept pool area & gardens & restaurant area. Rooms could have been cleaned more frequently, just got toilet rolls & towels provided each day. Spent alot on taxi's in & out of Sunny Beach over the week stay, would stay closer next time.

The whole complex looks nice. The room was really tiny. The staff was absolutely annoyed by the customers. Very unfriendly, and for sure, they weren't polite. On top of that, in our room, we didn't have towels, which is absolutely ridiculous. When we asked for towels, they told us that they didn't have clean towels in the hotel.
