Snack time was very bad, it is written burger on snack bar but we only had bad sandwiches, also you dont have self service for juices whole day so you must wait in the line to take juices from snack bar, fruit on the meals was dissaster, you had only few options.

Location Pool Rooms is good and clean. Aquapark Plates are not washed well.

Location, price, There was not a vale, not a mini bar.

Payment for parking!

It was near the beach and the rooms are ok, the private parking The food was not ok, very few options and not in the quantity needed for the guests. The fruits and good cakes weren't restocked. The fact that was really bothering me was that they didn't have a water dispenser, the water was hiden in the soda dispencer under apple juice? The near bars were very loud, including the 2 that were from the hotel but not included in all inclusive. In our 7 day stay we only one saw someone wipe the terracea table...

spacious room, nice view from balcony - hotel pools and sea, enjoyable food with slight variations every day,very easy-going and friendly restaurant and cleaning staff, also specific front desk employees check in was a bit weird, specific front desk staff was awfully unfriendly, dismissive and unwelcoming. We rather skipped our request and waited for change for next person to talk to later during the day.

Too loud. The guy at the pool was unhelpful and rude. Location is good. Pool is nice.

Nice room, double bed was comfy. clean sheets and towels daily. Good location next to everything and good pool. All inclusive drinks was good value for money. The all inclusive food was horrible, same old everyday and not a lot to choose from.

The pool was very cold ?

Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations! Just a tiny bit of smell coming from the bathroom at night, but nothing too strong.

The car park is very expensive and the pool is very cold

water slide almost all time closed, water very, very cold in swimming pool, cocktail drinks in cheap plastic glass , food very poor and no taste , sweets perfect .Generally they convince us to no more come back again

Quite literally I did not like anything about this hotel what so ever. They do not respect the customer where they get the money from. Never again. Hotels restaurant toilets never had soap to wash your hands,was always extremely dirty in fact the toilets had poo ,quite literally had human poo on the bin lid,the wall,toilet paper, toilet it self too! The sinks were very dirty the bins were the same . Food wise it was mostly repetitive average food,the deserts were always same and was presented in disposable foam cheap trays,didn't look appealing. I had upset stomach due to the food and had to call the reception and asked for a kettle which most of the staff didn't really speak English and reception staff had very limited English and all they said was " no kettle" I have repeatedly and very kindly explained that I had upset stomach so I need hot water to make my self some herbal tea and she said "no hot water" and hang up the phone to my face ! The reception staff DID NOT greet me and didn't say welcome when I went to the reception area with my suitcase. I paid extra for the sea view but the didn't inform me that there were 4 small pubs/clubs right front of the hotel literally a few meters away and they played loud music until very late and couldn't sleep because of the noise levels the clubs were always empty but constantly played very loud music. I paid for all inclusive and they suppose to have snack sandwich bar and drinks in between meals but everytine I went to the snack bar they only had the same cold rock hard pizza with pork on it which I don't eat pork and no snacks or sandwiches, I asked for a kokteyl in the sandwich area which is different location than the restaurant and the staff kept speaking in Bulgarian and did not make my drink , i assumed that he didn't know how to make the kokteyl but didn't ask any other staff to make it either although I clearly pointed out with my finger on the pictorial menu where it had some kokteyls with the pictures..

Beach is two step away. Pool clean but little cold. Staff helpful and kind. Meals good. Rooms big and clean. Everyday clean towels on request. Overall good value for money! Kind of noise. Out of 4 bars, only two working. Maybe a larger diversity of food would be much appreciated. Extra bed not to comfy...

Great location . Food was good . The pool bar was under our expectations. The waiters from pool-bar verry low service. If the room was nice and the food was great , the pool-bar was a disaster. Long line of waiting , only 2 drinks for person .
