Food was terrible. Hardly any choice and looked very unappetizing. Rooms were very dated and beds uncomfortable. Dated bathroom and shower.

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is very, very dated. Overall, the staff are poorly trained, especially in the restaurant area. The food is disgusting and totally out of place. The same options are presented for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Serously, who eats boiled potatoes for breakfast or pickled vegetables? I did make the mistake of attempting to eat spinach soap, but someone must have emptied an ashtray, as it tasted horrible. I also have serious concerns if some staff members meet basic hygiene standards. I can go on and on, but there is no point. Even if it's cheaper than some hotels, you will be better off if you avoid staying there.

Cleaning every day, helpfull lady at the reception. Good location, close to everything and the beach We had same towels for 3 days. Very basic all inclusive. Same food every day. Dont bother paying for this option.

the location is great and the women in the reception is very helpful! Basically the food is not worth it, I don’t advise you getting all inclusive, it is very dirty in the rooms (stayed 5 days in an apartment and they didn’t change the sheets and towels), drinks machine during the lunches and dinners was broken the whole time.Pool wasn’t clean enough!

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, which gives it a very "pristine" location; unfortunately, nobody takes care of this area (water it, at least). The food is fresh and even if you don't have plenty of dishes to choose from, you will not leave the restaurant hungry. Many types of salads which would make vegetarians, vegans or diet-mongers "jump for joy"...? The rooms are average size with comfy beds and good air conditioning. Over all, a perfect "mild-budget" holiday without anything fancy or flamboyant. As I said, nobody looked after those withered rose bushes, fir-trees, flowers, etc. But the most annoying thing were the sodas, which didn't have any taste at all; you can imagine I had to drink the spirits(gin, rum, votka, brandy, etc) from cocktails only with ice cubes. ? Good thing the beer was cold and tasty!?????

e experienced the most awful experience while staying in your hotel. The first thing was the staff that worked in the hotel. they didnt spek English not Bulgarian which made it so difficalt for me to communicate. The food was terrible, It only contained sausage for the whole week! My family could not eat the food and was forced to eat outside when i have payed for three meals! the hotel and the rooms was terribly cleaned and had no Ac which made so difficult to skeep in uo degree weather! I would not recommend to stay in this shitty hotel

Wi-Fi should be included in price.

The bar and the staff were lovely There wasn’t big variety of foods, same food was served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rice was starchy and undercooked. Boiled eggs overcooked. Says fruits for dessert, never saw fruits.

Only thing what was ok, was AC. Breakfast was inedible. The room was broken, e.g the shower cubicle, the air conditioner leaked on the balcony and the bucket was under it, the bedside lamps were red hot so you couldn't touch them, the sheets were smaller than the bed, the TV didn't work, the room lock was broken (couldn't put it close or open)

It was quite close to the beach The staff barely spoke English, the rooms were very dirty (we found dead insects, a half eaten yogurt, stained bed sheets, the furniture was very old and broken). The food was almodt the same the entire stay and was not tasty at all. The pool was quite dirty and closed everyday at 6pm. The cleaning services throughout the stay were horrible: changing the towels costs 5lvs/towel and the cleaning ladyes would not even take the trash out they would only bring toilet paper every day. The wi-fi is paid and it is 35lvs/week/person. The parking is paid as well and there are chances you will not find a parking spot (we paid 90lvs for 6 days). DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL OR IT WILL BE LIFTED!!!

The location is good, so close to the beach So noisy from the nearby bars and restaurants, the food was unbelievable bad my dad after first day vomiting a lot. Decent food not any variety no fruits or many foods options.

The location is great, 50 metres to the beach. Staff does not speak any foreign language. Rooms and particularly the bathroom were not cleaned properly, soap and toilet paper was missing.

The pool was ideal, the size of the apartment was brilliant. The location was amazing. Drinks and food average but you get what you pay. No lift to use with the pram which was annoying having to carry it up and down. The cleaners didn't come everyday as stated, which wasn't a big issue for us apart from the bin since we had a 12 week baby and 2 yr old we had to ask reception daily for bin bags.
