It was a horror Holiday for us. Never in my life had such a horrible experience. My child caught something from their kitchen, myself also, but she was in a worse state. She couldn't stop vomiting and fainted on us....they tried to sweep it under the rug and say it wasn't their fault but I can assure you it was. The day it started, only me and her went to breakfast, my husband wanted to sleep more. In a few hours, we were so so so sick, and he had absolutely nothing. We still had about 3 days of holiday but we preferred to leave as I didn't want to risk my child's health anymore. The room wasn't the cleanest, but not the dirtiest also. I honestly do not recommend this establishment.

My wife and I spent 7 nights in the Garden Nevis hotel. It was the best experience ever.All inclusive is the best option they have. You will never need anything to eat for your stay. I loved the food the most. They have different varieties, so you have different options every day no matter where you come from. Our Room was big enough for the couple. We had a great view with piscine. The Piscine is very clean, big and the snack around. Besides the breakfast, lunch and dinner , they also offer snacks and every time you want. The manager of the hotel was very kind and understanding. For our check out, our ticket was in the evening 22h00 and the manger allowed us to stay until then without additional money. Another thing is that they were on time for everything. They value the time. They also have entertainment everyday and you never feel bored for staying there for many days. All the services,food, snacks and drinks were part of the price we paid (All inclusive) which makes the hotel cheaper. None

Animation team is very nice with the children. Internet connection should be improved. Only 15 tv channels, usually 2 or 3 from Russia, Bulgaria and international tv news. If you want to see a footbal match, a film for yourself or cartoons for children, you have to come up with a tablet or a laptop and a good internet subscription. Otherwise, nothing to do/see after 8-9 PM in the room. Altough it used to be a shortcut to the beach (3 minutes), it's not available anymore so you need around 8-9 minutes to the beach. Parking is not included in accomodation: 25 bgn/day.

We loved our stay ih this hotel. Everything was exceptional! Super clean (room is cleaned daily), friendly stuff, great location. Food was the best ever! Variety od fresh sea food, different kinds od meat, loads od salads, vegetables... There was always something for vegans, baby food. Snack bar on the pool was great too, everything is always freshly cooked/fried. We will recommend this place to everyone!

The pool was nice, there was lots of lounging room, the reception personnel was friendly. The room and the bathroom was also clean. Someone parked in our spot when we went out, even though someone from the reception was supposed to block it with a cone. The parking system is glitchy and often requires multiple retries until the ramp registers the car. The A/C flap in the room was broken and held together with some sort of a tissue. It made a lot of noise whenever the swing function was enabled.

It is our go to place in sunny beach. Close to the beach, clean, quality food, mosquito nets and air conditioning, spatious rooms and good drinks.

The services were amazing. Awesome food...we couldn't get enough of everything we had. Varied and delicious. Beautiful location and conditions along with welcoming staff at a reasonable price. Big kudos to Hristo and Niki at the bar for excellent service Would definitely recommend and return to the location on our next visit The cleaning was a bit lackluster. The only cleaning they did was taking out the trash. Similarly, they only restocked our shampoo and soap only upon request. Some of the towels they handed us were dirty as well. Not all the rooms had hairdryers inside More cleaning ladies that speak english would help out a lot!
