Hotel Mercury

The location offered excellent value for the price. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Our room was quite spacious. The beds were uncomfortable, and some of the room furniture and accessories were in a state of disrepair; for instance, a cabinet was deteriorating, and several lamps were non-functional. The food was satisfactory but not exceptional, as we had anticipated greater quality. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation.

the location The room is very small for 4 people. There are almost no free chairs in the pool, the people occupy them in advance for their entire stay, put towels and none of the staff says anything. There are no towels for the pool, you have to bring them from home. The room is not pleasant, everything is yellow Unpleasant smell from the shower. I feel that the carpet in the room is not clean, I got an allergy there. Nasty and salty coffee from the machines. Recycled and tasteless food. I will definitely not go back there and do not recommend it.

The hotel staff was very friendly, we were the last quests in this seoson.

The rooms were not very clean. The towels and sheets had stains. The sink and the shower were clogged and the shower filled with water to my ankles every time I used it. The water in the pool was very cold. The beach was a distance away and the road to the main street by the beach was very dark at night. I will not stay here again.

I liked the room, it was big and clean with a big balcony and we had somewhere to put our wet clothes. The food was good and varied every day. The pool was cold for the children's.

Evertthing was ok . Food excelent . Very big room. Location is great. Staff was friendly . They dont change towels .

Decent meal, you always can find something you like to eat or experiment :) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and brunch restaurant were awesome, they have a lot of entertainment activities for when you're on the pool, after 20pm they have a special program of entertainment which is not the same every day. Room had enough space for 2 people, balcony view was towards the pool.

Wifi and coffe were very good! I have been to many 4 stars hotels in Bulgaria, this one is a maximum 2 stars hotel. The room was not renovated for maybe 15 years, furniture very old and broken, the toilet seat was yellow, made me sick, the carpet floor had burns and was stained, the sheets had stains. The food was just terrible, super low diversity and tasteless, a lot of oil fried food, drinks very low quality. The pool is big in the pictures, but in reality is small. We left one day earlier than what we paid. We felt like we were fooled with the pictures and the 4 stars. This is not a 4 stars hotel, maxim 2 stars.
