Breakfast was quite basic

There was no parking available. They didn’t provide any . I had to search for it on my own .

Nice little pool with a jacuzzi. The location is great if you want to be right on Flower street, you can literally go out at any hour of the day and find something to do. I feel like the property was not really worth the price. It didn’t have an elevator which was a huge minus if you like me had heavy luggage. The Sheraton is literally across the street for around the same price, would check that out if I ever went back.

The hotel is located in the 2nd row from the main Sunny beach. The location is superb. It is quiet at night, just the right distance from the main action. The pool in front of the hotel is just the right size for the guests. There are sun loungers with cushions by the pool and inflatable toys for children such as rings. All compliments to the accomodita. The interior of the hotel is a bit stark, but clean. Breakfast is buffet style and good. I would not recommend the restaurant. The food is not good quality, not good. I am disappointed with the food offered in the restaurant and in the pub of the hotel. The food is not good quality, not good. The people were nice, perfect location, close to the center and the beach. Good breakfast, cute atmosphere. Small parking, but not a problem after all.

The Hotel is in the center of Sunny Beach ,very close to the beach and main atractions. Breakfast was decent. Also a bice touch was they left a bottle of water in the room for us free of charge. The Hotel specifies it has parking but upon our arrival they said the parking was full and I quote: "we arrived too late to find a parking spot in the Hotel parking"!!! So apparently their parking is too small and it cannot accommodate all the guests. Also in Sunny Beach in general finding a parking space is very troublesome. The hotel does not have an elevator so having luggages was a bit hard, but the reception boy offered to help us with the luggage. Over all be carefull if you come by car to Sunny Beach! Make sure the Hotel has enough parking space and also you beed to geht there early to make sure you get a parking space.

This place is absolutely amazing . Located in the city centre, but it so quiet and comfortable for the family. We love everything about this place , especially amazing garden… it’s so hard to find in sunny beach places , like this . Pool is so clean , rooms are clean , stuff is super friendly. Well done Venus hotel, we will back definitely!

The property is ideally located. It’s like an oasis beautiful gardens. My room was spotless and the staff were phenomenal as a solo female. I was totally looked after and felt at ease very comfortable and able to relax by the beautiful pool. I liked everything about the property

I booked this for a one night stay at the end of a weeks holiday in a different hotel. It was cheaper than paying for an extra 12 hours at my previous hotel. Check in was excellent, the hotel was lovely. No lift could be an issue for some people.

Always like this small but amazing hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful a pleasure to stay in.
